em because it had been two weeks and we hadn't received a quote (which they said they would send in a week), and asked why they hadn't responded to her emails, they said that her email had ended up in their spam folder and that they would send the quote the next day. They never did. My mother called again the next week, asking the same questions. They said again that her emails had ended up in the spam folder, and they never sent us a quote. Finally, we just gave up and switched florists. It was just an awful experience.
