We toured the camp twice (both times in the off-season with less-than-ideal weather), yet they still managed to bring the vision to life and help us see how special this place could be. What made this venue so unique is that instead of just a wedding night, we were able to host a full wedding weekend. About 50 of our friends stayed on-site, with others coming just for the day of the wedding, which gave us so much extra time to relax, connect, and make memories together. We were able to enjoy camp activities, share in campfire gatherings (two wonderful and very warm bonfires!), and host a scenic rehearsal dinner on the lodge deck overlooking the lake. Our talented friends and family even put on camp-style performances on the beautiful outdoor stage. The setting provided endless photo opportunities for our photographer and created a truly memorable backdrop for our celebration. Our guests raved about how special and fun the weekend was, with many saying it was one of the most memorable weddings they had ever attended. Maine Teen Camp staff were helpful without ever being overbearing, providing thoughtful touches like a lifeguard for lake swimming and quick responses to any questions we had. We loved their friendliness, inclusivity, and, of course, their absolutely stunning site. It’s hard to believe this incredible adventure is already over, but we are so grateful for the memories. We would absolutely recommend Maine Teen Camp as a wedding venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxed, and unforgettable celebration.
