Where do I begin? I had the pleasure of having Matt as our wedding mixologist and meteorologist. Yes, you read that correctly. Not only did Matt make himself available to me several times leading up to the event to discuss menu ideas, he arrive...d at the venue early, rolled up his sleeves and assisted in set up; a task outside his scope. He was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable about ways to add flair to our signature drinks. They were delicious! He also saved our wedding. Our outdoor ceremony was scheduled for 4:30 and at 4:35 when the bridal party was still upstairs finishing our libations, he made the Officiant aware there was an 80% chance of rain at 5pm. Following the ceremony my new husband and I walked in to the venue with our witnesses at 5pm to sign the marriage license and without pause, the rain started. I narrowly became the first of my 2 sisters to avoid a wedding day rain disaster. I have Matt to thank for that, and for the exceptional service he diligently provided.
