We decided to work with Julie because she was incredibly genuine and made us feel comfortable with the planning we needed to do ahead of us. We spent roughly 8 months planning together. Julie was patient, resourceful, and had a clear timeline. She was able to help coordinate the logistics of our 10 vendors and think through every detail we would need for the weekend. After months of planning, everything came together and our wedding weekend was a huge success. She brought her A team to assist. Every little detail was taken care of, we were on time, everything was beautifully designed, and there were no issues. She made sure we had the opportunity to enjoy and live in the present. ad to assemble – all of the decorations, table settings, chairs, etc. The weather was also particularly challenging that day! What started off as a hot sunny day turned to thunderstorms and even hail (coastal Maine!) about 1 hour before the outdoor ceremony, causing us to need to shift the order of events to have an earlier cocktail hour and delay the ceremony while the rain passed. Julie hustled around all day to make everything happen, to dry chairs, to rearrange flowers, to instruct the DJ and multiple food and beverage providers on the changing plans, and to move guests where they needed to go. In the end, the wedding was beautiful and everyone had a great time, due in large part to Julie’s ability to work behind the scenes to make the day go off without a hitch. She has an intuitive sense for what needs to happen next, and can foresee problems before they arise. We were so fortunate to have Julie running point on our wedding day.
