From transporting and setting up rentals to ensuring every installation is completed safely and efficiently, he helps bring each event to life with precision and attention to detail. Jon earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Thomas College, bringing valuable business knowledge and strategic planning to the day-to-day operations of Maine Shore Event Decor. A United States Army veteran who proudly served in Afghanistan, he combines discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic with a calm, solutions-focused approach to every event. Outside of the business, Jon is a devoted husband and proud girl dad to his two daughters, Ariyah and Aaliyah. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he understands the importance of creating meaningful moments that bring loved ones together. He is also passionate about mentoring young people through coaching basketball and helping shape the next generation through athletics. Whether he's managing operations behind the scenes, loading the trailer before sunrise, or ensuring every detail is in place on wedding day, Jon is committed to creating a seamless experience so couples can focus on celebrating one of the most important days of their lives.

After planning her own wedding in 2021, Jasmine discovered a passion for event design that quickly grew into Maine Shore Event Decor.
