When we needed a last-minute stage and dancefloor due to a venue issue - on an island no less! - Mainely Events was there for us. They kindly allowed us to pack additional necessar...
y items on their truck to be sent over to the island on a barge as well.
Some of the island-related logistics didn't go as smoothly as hoped, and we were glad to have a team of friends to help set up some of the stage and dance floor. But overall, Mainely Events made a tricky logistical challenge happen.
We reached out to Mainely Events after another tent company said "every tent in the state of Maine is rented for the entire month - good luck!" Not ONLY did Mainely Events have a ...
tent available but their staff were awesome.
The weather was up in the air until the weekend and their staff set the tent up the day of our wedding so that we could decide where to put it. Also, one of their lead managers was out for a health emergency and even still they were communicative and worked great with our venue. Finally, we got married while Hurricane Henri was moving through Maine and the tent held up amazingly, we stayed dry, and we couldn't have had a better evening. The tent was pretty, the little lights looked great, it fit great in the space. We couldn't recommend Mainely Events more!
