Maira did hair & makeup for me (the bride), two mothers, and eight bridesmaids/groomsmaids on my wedding day. She and her team do fabulous work, and they're a delight to work with! First and foremost: the quality of the makeovers was stellar. Each of us looked gorgeous in our own way. A big piece of this was that Maira reviewed a photo of each person in my wedding party and asked for their desired "look" in advance. It was unexpected, and greatly appreciated, that she invested the time in getting to know everyone and not just the bride. Second, Maira is an awesome hype-woman to have at your side on your wedding day. She is high-energy and fun...which means that everyone has a good time and the schedule keeps moving along. I would absolutely work with Maira again if given the chance.

Maira made us all look like celebrities on my wedding day!! She did my hair, along with my 2 sisters, mom, and best friend. Everyone was very thrilled with her work. Additionally, Maira has such a positive energy- so great to have someone like this around on your special occasion/ just in life I’m general! She also did my keratin before my wedding and it turned out amazing. Maira is flexible, punctual, responsive, and very talented. I will now be using her for normal everyday hair care and highly rec her for that and special occasions!!

I can’t say enough good things about Maira and her assistant, Devon. Through my engagement photo session, hair/makeup trial, and the day of my wedding, she made me incredibly comfortable, made me feel special, and listened to everything I said. She was excited to work with me on my full looks (paying attention to my outfits and helping to coordinate my hair) and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and how we could best accomplish it. She worked with each woman on the day of the wedding to make her comfortable (from kids under 10 to the mothers of the bride) and everyone was incredibly happy with her speed and accuracy. We all looked great in person and in photos! On top of all this, she is a genuinely sweet and interesting person to chat with, and is above all a professional who is punctual and communicative.

Maira is exceptional. She comes organized and well prepared with everything necessary and more to make a bride’s hair and makeup be truly flawless! She is also very personable and genuine. A true pleasure to work with.

Maira did a great job making my bridesmaids look amazing. She and hair teammate Esther did hair and makeup for 4 bridesmaids plus the mother of the bride. Correspondence beforehand was clear. They arrived a few minutes early, and finished everyone on time. Everyone had a pretty, amplified natural look with gorgeous false lashes that photographed beautifully and lasted a very long day. (Still waiting on my professional photos to post with this review!)

Maira really have the passion for it, she came on time, she sat with me and talk about my fiance and she gave me advice while she was doing my hair!! My husband could not keep his eyes off me when i arrived in the church!! I was simply stunning, my 4 year little cousin, one of my flowers said to me that day, " WOW, you are princess" this was priceless for me at that moment. I know Maira was the best at what she does... My mother was looking so fresh and young and very elegant!! if you want to look STUNNING, then you need to Hire her!!!

Maira and her team did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup on my wedding day. They also did hair for 7 members of my bridal party and make up for 3 girls. Maira and her team were on time and worked very hard to give each girl the attention necessary and even redid one hair style when one of bridesmaids changed her mind. I was impressed with Maira timeliness and ability to stay on schedule despite having a large number of girls to work with. She started right on time and ended exactly when I had told her I wanted to be ready. Her team worked very well together and really had a professional process and set up. My bridal hair and makeup was exactly what I had hoped for. Maira listened to my ideas and my preferences in addition to making suggestions during my trial. I was very impressed to see to see that she had all the makeup we had decided on during the trial already set up when she came to do my makeup on my wedding day in addition to an ipad with pictures and notes on. Her organization really impressed me. My hair was half up, half down with curls down the back. My makeup was natural looking and stayed on flawlessly all night long despite humid weather and a lot of dancing. I received many compliments and my husband continues to tell me how stunning I looked.

Seriously - I didn't know I could look and feel as beautiful as I do when Maira 'takes care of me'. She even comes to my house and does my hair now! I can't recommend her work enough. Try her out for a trial - you won't regret it!
