Only complaint is that the company called without warning to go over final details 4 days before the wedding and took up time I didn't necessarily have in the moment, but really a very minor thing and would rather have more planning than no planning at all! Would use again if we had transportation needs arise again!
Majestic Limo was so easy to work with! They showed up on time and the bus we got was so nice! Our driver was friendly and attentive!
The service was great but I don't think their 22 passenger bus could actually fit 22 people. We had 20 people and were pretty crunched in. Overall really great though.

Majestic hit on all cylinders! We rented the 27 passenger mini bus. They arrived early, dealt with my rowdy groomsmen and were more then accommodating. Highly recommend.

s, so I had to share my unfortunate experience. The first two hours of our booking were great, our driver was very professional and everything went smoothly.
I had booked six hours of time so that my guests and I could be dropped off safely after our dinner reception. Which meant that a good half of our reservation time was the bus sitting and waiting to take us to our final destination. However, on our way back from dinner, the bus broke down. While being stranded on the side of the road on my wedding day with my guests was horrible in the moment, I understand that these things can happen and it was no one’s fault. Unfortunately, majestic handled the situation by refunding only 1/8 of my cost.

later, we wanted to work on a fair resolution. We were hoping to offer you a combination of a monetary refund as well as a complimentary holiday light tour to express our apologies and to build on the experience you had up until the mechanical failure. Unfortunately, that offer was declined, so I am glad we could come up with a resolution that you felt was fair.
As I am sure you are aware, COVID has been devastating to small businesses all around and especially for passenger transportation companies. Majestic is a 24-year-old company with Iowa’s largest fleet. We have 2 onsite mechanics and take maintaining of our vehicles very seriously. Unfortunately, vehicles only breakdown when they are on the road and we try to deal with those situations as they arise. We offered to bring another bus to the location, but I am guessing with the timeliness of getting to your drop location, it was better to take other means of transportation. Our vehicles are serviced regularly and are maintained as required by the DOT. This has proven successful over the years, but unfortunately not every issue can be anticipated.

The inside of the limo (we got the Hummer) was amazing! I thought it could fit more people, but we had 10 people in there and that was about perfect. I believe her name is Michelle, but she is AWESOME! They will call you to verify and validate all of your information and are very detailed in their reservations. They will confirm times, dates, locations, etc. They are quick to respond and there are no hidden rules, fees, etc. We had an absolute blast!

Two things that didn't go well: 1) The AC didn't work on the limo and it was very hot and there were 15 people in the limo at the same time with hot dresses/tuxes and were drinking. It had XM radio, a TV and a cooler that Majestic was willing to fill the day of if you brought the beverages to the garage a couple days in advance. It had A/C which is great for an Iowa summer outdoor wedding and plenty of room!
My wedding party happened to get along great, so it was one giant party on the bus. Everyone was dancing and drinking and laughing. All of our closest friends celebrating with us. The limo definitely held some of the best memories of the day.
And our driver was SO NICE! There was a bunch of construction going on downtown that he had to drive around. I apologized about it and he kept saying "it's fine, this is your day, you deserve it to be great".

know that our service at 1pm was exceptional. Unfortunately I cannot recall the driver's name. It was a very rainy day and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Everyone in the wedding party kept commenting on how wonderful our driver was and complimented him often. He made sure that we had everything we needed at all times and were very comfortable. From the time he picked us up until the time he dropped us off, I was in amazement of how wonderful our driver was.
