Majestic Tent And Event

Donnie at Majestic Tent and Event was helpful with suggestions, responsive to questions, and overall made the process easier. We had our wedding the Friday before Christmas and were planning from out of state. Winter weather is unpredictable and we planned to have the reception outside. We did not know if it would rain and so we weren't sure if a tent would be needed. Donnie reassured us that a tent would be available if needed and we could wait to see the forecast before making a decision. He said we should focus on our wedding and not worry about the weather because they would work with us to make everything go smoothly. It was a huge relief! We appreciated Donnie's kind words and reassurance. It reinforced that we had chosen the right rental company. Another issue caused by a Christmas wedding was that the regular schedule for picking up the rental items conflicted with Christmas Day and the day after Christmas we were traveling. Majestic Tent worked with us to arrange for pick up the day after the wedding which worked out perfectly for us. The crew was reliable - they showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and were gracious in the process! Overall, Majestic Tent was a great partner and I would recommend using Majestic Tent to anyone!
