being concerned about not having enough time on wedding day to accomplish all the hair and makeup within the window provided. I was reassured that there was ample time by the owner as well as stylists. I even paid for a second hair trial to make sure that everything was easy and went according to plan day of as I was not happy with the first trial. Unfortunately, one of my bridesmaids was supposed to be done at 1235 and did not finish her makeup until 136pm. Our photos were delayed by 40 minutes and pushed my entire timeline back and I missed most of cocktail hour to make up the photos that we were supposed to be in that 40 mins of time. When I reached out to the owner to let her know about what happened I received nothing more than passive and fake comments in return and then blaming the set up of the room (the team all arrived 13 mins late to their scheduled set up time), saying they had to find space to set up in the suite (I had been told that they had been there before), and then was told that due to changes in my bridal makeup style it caused delay (I had reached out to the girl doing my makeup and the owner when the timeline was sent to me to ensure that the changes I wanted would still be ok on our timeline and was reassured that despite the changes I had requested 50 minutes was more than enough time and would give ample time to even make tweaks and play around).  This team also is not transparent about all of the location fees, the costs of hair extensions with each time they are used (add on for trial add on for day of add on for retrial when unsatisfied with first trial due to hair immediately falling). I have had nothing but positive things to say about every single vendor on my wedding team and have left glowing reviews on Facebook posts and wedding wire and the knot. This is the only vendor that I was thoroughly disappointed with. I give two stars because the artists themselves were talented, however, bride to bride I do not want what happened to me with false reassurances to occur to other brides who have spent as much time as I did crafting a timeline for the most special day in their lives where we all know every minute counts. 

I knew instantly that she had to be the one to do my makeup on my wedding day. It was honestly the easiest vendor decision I made! From my very first message to her, she was so kind, professional, and genuinely excited to be part of my day. For both my trial and the wedding day, Ariana was beyond detail-oriented — she listened to everything I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and ensured I felt completely confident and beautiful. My hair and makeup turned out even better than I could have imagined, and it photographed flawlessly. And my 8 bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup just as much! I felt so beautiful and truly like the best version of myself. I can’t thank or recommend Ariana and her team enough — they made getting ready one of the most fun, stress-free parts of the entire day.

onably priced. Jasmine was mine and my party's hair and makeup artist and she is such a talented artist. She's one of those unicorns that equally excels at both hair and makeup. I did not do a trial and she executed my vision perfectly. She really listened to me and understood my desired outcome. I looked better than my inspiration photos. 10/10 Jasmine is the best.
