Services Offered
Make Me Up’s bridal hair and makeup services are always offered on-location, and are available for brides and bridal parties. Flexible to your needs, the stylist team can travel out-of-state or even internationally for an additional fee. Make Me Up exclusively uses professional, high-quality makeup products, including such brands as Arbonne and TEMPTU. Makeup touch-up services are available for brides who wish to ensure their look lasts throughout their wedding day. Make Me Up features a variety of bridal packages to meet the requirements of any budget. Aside from the Just Hair and Makeup packages, every bridal package includes the cost of a trial run and premium false lashes. Higher-tiered packages provide hair and makeup services for your rehearsal dinner and your boudoir or engagement photoshoot. Make Me Up supplies the following wedding hair and makeup services:

being concerned about not having enough time on wedding day to accomplish all the hair and makeup within the window provided. I was reassured that there was ample time by the owner as well as stylists. I even paid for a second hair trial to make sure that everything was easy and went according to plan day of as I was not happy with the first trial. Unfortunately, one of my bridesmaids was supposed to be done at 1235 and did not finish her makeup until 136pm. Our photos were delayed by 40 minutes and pushed my entire timeline back and I missed most of cocktail hour to make up the photos that we were supposed to be in that 40 mins of time. When I reached out to the owner to let her know about what happened I received nothing more than passive and fake comments in return and then blaming the set up of the room (the team all arrived 13 mins late to their scheduled set up time), saying they had to find space to set up in the suite (I had been told that they had been there before), and then was told that due to changes in my bridal makeup style it caused delay (I had reached out to the girl doing my makeup and the owner when the timeline was sent to me to ensure that the changes I wanted would still be ok on our timeline and was reassured that despite the changes I had requested 50 minutes was more than enough time and would give ample time to even make tweaks and play around). This team also is not transparent about all of the location fees, the costs of hair extensions with each time they are used (add on for trial add on for day of add on for retrial when unsatisfied with first trial due to hair immediately falling). I have had nothing but positive things to say about every single vendor on my wedding team and have left glowing reviews on Facebook posts and wedding wire and the knot. This is the only vendor that I was thoroughly disappointed with. I give two stars because the artists themselves were talented, however, bride to bride I do not want what happened to me with false reassurances to occur to other brides who have spent as much time as I did crafting a timeline for the most special day in their lives where we all know every minute counts.

The day of the wedding, she came on time ready to do everyone's makeup, and everyone truly enjoyed having her around. I hired my regular hair stylist to do my/my wedding party's hair, and Maria and her communicated very well to ensure there was no conflicting schedules. My wedding party all had different ideas of the makeup styles they wanted, and she had no problem customizing to their wants to make them feel 100% comfortable and happy with their looks. During my trial, my stylists were talking to each other about a recent wedding they worked on together where the bridesmaids and mothers of the couple were so upset with their hair and makeup that they were crying and had to shower before the wedding. So, I'm pretty sure my experience was not unusual.
The company hires and contracts several artists - so I would recommend that you make sure that you are booking a trial run with your specific stylists before you sign a full contract.
