Tatum came to us as a literal miracle! We were so blessed when she chose my fiance and I to win her giveaway of full planning services. Where do I start with the praises... she was absolutely fantastic! She held our hand through every step of the way. We were not an easy couple to deal with by any means, and she was always pleasant, on top of everything, helpful, and kind. She executed everything to perfection. Our ceremony space was BEAUTIFUL, all her vendor recommendations were AMAZING, she coordinated every last detail so well. There was not a hiccup in the day! She was always there when we needed and then some. My favorite memory was when I was without a napkin and my hand covered in frosting... and she didn't even hesitate to say 'here just wipe on my dress!' I mean... you can't really find that selflessness anywhere else. She was truly amazing and a lifesaver. Our day was better than we could have ever imagined, and it 100% was because of Tatum and her amazing staff at Make My Day!!

I always knew that I would want to work with a wedding coordinator and Make My Day Planning went above and beyond what I imagined. Tatum was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and then we had the privilege of working with Sarah. I started working closely with Sarah about 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding day and I would have been so overwhelmed without her. She did a great job coordinating with all of our vendors, reminding us about small details that we overlooked, and just generally helping us pull off a great day. She was so kind, responsive, prepared, and every other good thing you’d want in a coordinator. During the reception I spilled chocolate ice cream on my dress and my very first thought was “Where’s Sarah?” because I knew she would be able to take care of it, and she did so great that when my mom took the dress to the dry cleaners they couldn’t find the stain. Overall, could not recommend Make My Day and Sarah more. If you are considering a planner or coordinator, you should definitely reach out to them.

When my husband and I first got engaged the summer of 2021, I knew we would need help navigating the world of planning a wedding. Tatum came highly recommended by a few of my friends and I had been following her work for a few months before I reached out. Honestly, it was the best decision we ever made! Tatum is a genuine, kind soul who is wonderful to work with. From our first meeting, she was always professional and eager to help us. She knows her stuff and truly loves what she does. Our meetings often had PowerPoints and she kept track of everything! When the big day finally came around, everything ran smoothly and on time, much thanks to Tatum!!! My son decided to get married and we had only had a few months to throw together a wedding. I was desperate to find a wedding planner because I would traveling a lot before the wedding. Make My Day Planning was referred to me by a friend who loved them. They stepped in and took care of everything. Brooke took care of everything the day of and was amazing. I was so grateful.

Sarah saved our wedding!!!! My husband and I decided to have our wedding at a venue that had not had many weddings and never had one close to the size we were having (about 240.) They were so many uncertainties and we were having trouble, hardly making progress with the wedding planners we had originally hired and unfortunately we were advised by other vendors to split ways. We were feeling very stressed and overwhelmed until we met with Sarah. THANK GOODNESS! She provided such great leadership, and insights and literally turned the process around. She went the extra mile in every aspect and turned the process from something we were dreading to something professional, enjoyable, and exciting. We had so much confidence in her from our first meeting. We truly enjoyed every productive meeting. There was so much above-and-beyond effort to handle our family's opinions that was so appreciated. She truly gives it her all.

Sarah is an absolute legend! I would not have survived my wedding experience without her. She was always available to me if I had any questions or concerns and she constantly kept me updated. She is an adept problem-solver and kept me from losing my mind. We were planning to get married on the beach and had to change locations because of weather and our reception venue gave us an alternative that was less than desirable. Sarah saved the whole event by reorganizing and giving us the opportunity to have our ceremony under a gazebo and the beautiful outdoor wedding we were hoping for. I can not praise her enough!

Our coordinator Sarah went above and beyond. From the very start, she made us completely confident that she would bring every detail together in a seamless way. She was always available to chat, communicated consistently and rose to the occasion in every way possible (from dress bustle mishaps to last minute stands for signs to name changes on place cards). Beyond all of this Sarah was always upbeat and yet very professional. Such composure blended with a positive outlook is critical in this industry!

Brooke with Make My Day was the absolute best! We planned our wedding from out of town/state, but Brooke made it feel like I was right there with her planning our special day. My husband even said we got so lucky with our wedding planner after meeting Brooke and also how our wedding day went perfectly in my eyes! I couldn't have done it without her, her advice, her expertise and her genuine love for job.

Can I give 100 Stars, where do I begin?! Having Tatum and her team by our side throughout the planning process and on our wedding day was the best decision! We had a 3 year engagement and from the moment we met Tatum we knew she would be the perfect fit for us. She started working on our wedding on day 1! We are so grateful for the endless hours she put it in for us. We thought planning a wedding living out of state would be challenging, but we were so wrong, Tatum did EVERYTHING for us! Not a single meeting or detail was missed in the planning process. From the very beginning she totally understood my design ideas and we trusted her to make decisions for us. We could ask her any question along the way and she always had the answer right away. Every detail, vendor recommendation, and design concept was PERFECT! She seamlessly worked between us and all of our vendors to ensure everyone had the final timeline. Tatum was an absolute DREAM on our wedding day & weekend. The timeline she created flowed perfectly. She also commanded the room like a boss during our rehearsal dinner so everyone understood their role! I never had to worry about making sure people knew where they needed to be as she had every family member and wedding party already lined up! She coordinated every vendor set up bright and early, and made sure we ate and had all of our belongings by the end of the night. I never had a moment of stress on my wedding day. We can’t thank you enough Tatum!

This is one of those situations where just saying "thank you" is simply not enough. Brooke definitely had the hardest job during my wedding and she handled it with so much grace and patience. I had many details from my Latin culture that I wanted in the wedding, and Brooke made sure that those details were included. It meant so much to me! She helped us save $ by recommending vendors that she had worked with, she was exactly what we needed, and more. She even worked around a language barrier with my side of the family! There are so many things I can say about her amazing service. We were definitely blessed with her and MMD.

Tatum was an absolute dream to work with! We started planning my wedding in 2019 and she stuck with me through two reschedules. She handled all of the vendor adjustments and made it as stress free on me as possible. Her design plan was so beautiful, and she set up everything to make it come to life. Tatum covered every last detail that I would have never even thought about, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The wedding day wasn't stressful at all, and I got to just enjoy the day with my family and friends. I got so many compliments on her design plan, the color scheme, the florals, and all of my vendors. I would recommend Tatum to anyone who is starting to plan their wedding, she is absolutely the best!

The professionalism, friendliness, level-headed, and overall down-to-earth abilities of Brooke saved me from losing my mind planning and executing our wedding. She would get 10 stars if it were an option! We planned our wedding three times due to the restrictions of the covid pandemic. Brooke was there every step of the way! And, when things didn't go as planned, she stepped in, took over, and made it work! To say I was extremely impressed with her services is an understatement. Tatum has been wonderful since the day we met! She is organized, responsive, professional, and amazing! Tatum helped us talk to vendors and setup our big day. If I needed help on decorations or any final touches, she has a ton of resources to help with my decision. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were so thankful to have her and everyone at the wedding loved her!

To say our wedding day was a massive undertaking would be putting it lightly. Between the fusion of cultures including two weddings in one day, a pandemic with a year postponement, and a very picky yet horrendously indecisive bride and groom Tatum had her hands full with us. However, despite all the challenges she faced our wedding was absolutely flawless. Of course our opinion is biased but her work speaks for itself. Our wedding day for Tatum and the whole Make My Day team started around 5am and continued on until well after midnight (like I said Tatum had her hands full with our wedding). Tatum seamlessly coordinated what I am sure was her craziest and most extensive wedding. From start to finish we handed the reigns off to Tatum and she handled EVERYTHING for us. There was not a single detail missed nor did we have to lift a finger for anything. Tatum is one of the most organized people I have ever met (and that is saying something coming from another type A personality). From the day we sat down to meet with her at Starbucks I knew she was going to be our wedding planner. She was so down to earth and genuinely cared about our wedding day and we hadn’t even hired her yet. No matter what curve balls came her way Tatum handled them gracefully. And at the end of our big day all of our guests raved about how seamless our day transitioned from the Hindu wedding in the morning to the Christian ceremony in the evening. Tatum is the BEST at what she does and you will not be disappointed!!

Tatum and the MMD team made our day extremely special from the very beginning. When I first met Tatum, I immediately knew she was the one to help us out for our big day. Throughout the entire planning process, she was there for any questions/concerns, ideas, etc. that we had. She truly helped make everything absolutely flawless on our wedding day, and the days/weeks leading up to. It was so mind easing/stress free knowing that we could count on her and her team. They are incredible and I would highly recommend them to anyone engaged/going through the planning process. We couldn't have done any of it without them.

We met Brooke with Make My Day planning at a wedding expo about a year before our wedding. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator but ultimately decided to take the plunge because I wanted my family and bridal party to be able to relax on my wedding weekend. I am SO GLAD we hired Brooke. She was honestly an angel and made sure everything ran seamlessly on our wedding. She coordinated everything between our vendors, created our wedding day timeline, and was there for us all day during the wedding to tell us where we needed to be when and make sure we were on schedule. This might sound easy at the beginning of wedding planning but I promise you it is no easy task! We were so glad to be able to hand off our plans to Brooke six weeks before the big day and let her handle everything from there. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner DO IT! This was our best money spent, and Make My Day planning is the best in the game! I can’t tell you how many times both my fiancé and I said over the weekend “Thank goodness we hired Brooke!”

Tatum and her company, Make My Day Planning, came as recommendation from my florist, Lori Parker. My mom and I thought we could handle planning a wedding, no big deal, right? WRONG. It is the most stressful and chaotic thing in the world, but hiring Tatum was the absolute best investment we made in our wedding, hands down. Her 6 week package was the perfect fit for us, and she even gave the option to had additional meetings with her if need be. Let me tell you, from day 1 of that 6 weeks all the way up until the wedding day, Tatum was my go-to girl. She constantly stayed in touch with me, kept me updated on things, and worked her butt off to make sure the day went smoothly, and it did. How often does that happen? And all through a pandemic, might I add. Tatum is no stranger to what she does, and is honestly the best in the game. You can tell she is passionate about her job and her business, and anyone would be lucky to have her plan the most important day of your life. We could not have been more thrilled to have her be a part of our day.

Oh Brooke, where do I start? We have so many things to be thankful for with you. I feel like out of everyone you had the hardest job. Yet you handled it all with a smile and so much patience. I don’t know how you do it. You had to speak to the most people and deal with all of the different vendors and times for things to be done. You helped up through the coronavirus pandemic with all of the rescheduling with all of the different vendors. We couldn’t have done that without you. You are very professional and a kindhearted person. We were so blessed to have found you and to have you as our wedding coordinator. Tatum is seriously the BEST!! She made the entire wedding planning process easy and enjoyable! She made sure that we had Everything we needed and if I was stressed, she was there to calm my nerves and (like a magician) solved any problems! Even 1 month after having her first baby, she was unfazed in the process of helping us with our wedding! She is a complete rock star!! The best money you could ever spend when planning your wedding is to invest in the help of Tatum! Planning our wedding seemed like such a daunting task after the sudden loss of my Mother last year and without Tatum to keep me going, help me find the perfect vendors, and calm my nerves, I don't know what I would have done. From the beginning she makes sure she understands your vision for your day and what is truly most important to you. On the day of, there's literally no replacement for having her. She was totally on top of every single thing, she made sure everything went so smooth I barely noticed the arrival of vendors, the decor getting set up, or any small hiccups because it was just handled effortlessly by Tatum. If you are looking for a planner who is extremely detail oriented and will ensure you have a stress free wedding day (and planning process!) seriously look no further!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tatum! She has a very calming presence (so important on your big day when nerves and stress are high!), she’s organized, quick to problem solve, and so so so sweet! My number one piece of advice to my friends getting married is hire an amazing wedding planner, so you can relax and enjoy your day because it goes too fast to be worried about the little things! Tatum was extremely organized with a wonderfully positive attitude throughout the entire day! She kept me and my mom at ease while taking care of everything. Tatum is attentive, detailed, professional, motivated, timely, (and many other wonderful things) but most of all - fun! Weddings can be stressful, with all of the planning and little details that go into it. Tatum took all of that stress away. She made the planning part enjoyable, and absorbed any stresses or problems on the wedding day so that it wasn't anything less than perfect. Besides being a professional and a wonderful planner, she also becomes your friend - which I feel is just as important. A wedding is personal, your inviting someone into your life - into your family - and are spending a good amount of time communicating with them. Not to mention, you are trusting them with one of the biggest days of your life. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else introduced into our family and now, wouldn't trust anyone more with planning a wedding. My sister's wedding was perfect. The day ran so smoothly, and we couldn't have done it without Tatum. If I end up planning a wedding one day - she's going to be the first person I call!

I cannot say enough about Tatum and her team. My husband and I lived out of state while planning our wedding and Tatum made everything in the process so easy. I chose the Meet Me in the Middle planning package and it was worth every penny! Don’t even question not getting a planner - trust me, you will be so glad you did. I still have friends and family telling us how smoothly everything went and how they felt like it was one of the best weddings they had been to (there was never any confusion about what was happening next!). I was able to relax on the day of and she handled everything! Tatum and I were constantly in contact (she is so responsive, which I truly appreciated). For the package I chose, Tatum helped me pick all of our vendors and also communicated with all of them the details of our day and coordinated arrival/set-up times and fielded all questions. We chose to get married at a private property, so logistics were much more difficult to figure out since a wedding had never been held at the property. She made our vision come to life and had awesome ideas for setting up the “venue”. I went back and forth on hiring a planner, but you won’t regret it - Tatum knows how to do her job and she is GREAT at it! I would recommend her to any of my friends and family planning weddings.

Tatum was instrumental in making our daughter's wedding perfect in every way! We met on two occasions prior to the wedding where she asked all of the right questions and also had some wonderful suggestions. The wedding was out of town and she tackled the long distance planning with ease. She is an expert communicator and made us feel very comfortable with her follow up, not only with us but with our photographer, hotel coordinator, florist, etc. She planned and organized a minute-by-minute schedule for us on the day of the wedding and implemented it flawlessly. Tatum is a wonderful wedding coordinator and has such a sweet down-to-earth personality. She did a great job with contacting my vendors throughout the process before the wedding and during the wedding as well, which was great having her take some of the stress off the day and handling things without even being asked. Wow! I am so happy I chose Tatum at Make My Day to do my wedding coordination. She truly has a passion for what she does and wants to make sure the entire day goes over smoothly! She and her assistant went above and BEYOND to make Matt and I's wedding so perfect. Since we were on a smaller wedding budget I used more decorations rather than floral arrangements and Tatum did a beautiful job at displaying each item that I made. Honestly the day was so perfect (with NOT one issue) that it went by so fast I was shocked when I was told we were about to do our final private dance! As a photographer, I had the pleasure of working with Tatum on a couple of recent weddings and I can not say enough good things! First, she sent a warm introductory email introducing herself in the weeks leading up to the wedding. When it came to creating the timeline she worked with me to ensure I had the coverage time I needed with bride and groom for formal portraits while also keeping in mind key factors such as sunset. On wedding day Tatum was everywhere at once ensuring the timeline was followed, and bending over backwards running last minute errands for bride and groom. I witnessed so many small details throughout the day promptly taken care of before they could become larger issues, I’m sure the bride and groom have no idea how many countless headaches she saved them from! :) Lastly, she was an awesome team player and aware of what was important to each member of the vendor team. I can’t wait to work with her again on future weddings!

As I sit down to write this review for Tatum of Make My Day Planning, I honestly don’t know if I could find enough words to describe the absolute pleasure it is to work with her. I’ve been in the wedding industry for going on 7 years and I’ve never witnessed someone quite like Tatum. I’ve worked with Tatum on weddings and in our local community. Tatum is truly one of those people you are better for knowing. She has an absolute heart of gold, and Passion, This girl is one of the most passionate wedding professionals I’ve ever met. She is always finding ways to grow her business, make her client’s experiences as perfect as possible, and trying to better our wedding professional community as a whole. I’ve personally witnessed Tatum go over and beyond for her brides. They love her, and when you meet her you understand right away why they are so fond of her. She is right beside each bride, guiding her through every step, and making this experience not just easier but fun! I knew when I wrote this review I couldn’t just talk about Tatum the planner. Tatum the planner is amazing, but Tatum the person, her heart, her soul, she is really one of the kindest people I know, and I’m so thankful to know her. Can't say enough good things about Tatum! She was such a joy to work with! She was super quick about responding to any questions I had and always was there for whatever I needed! We got the "finishing touches" package. I was kind of a control freak haha so I wanted to pick out and handle the details and everything. However, although I picked everything out, Tatum had the job of taking my MANY detailed ideas and making them happen day of. She executed everything flawlessly. When I walked out into the ceremony and the reception, everything was exactly as I envisioned it. We had so many decorations and details throughout the day and she made everything happen without a hitch. I can't thank Tatum enough. We truly LOVED our wedding day so much and we owe a big part of that to Tatum. A bride can plan and plan and plan but day of, you're busy. You can't make your plans happen. You are forced to trust someone to do it for you and I can't recommend Tatum enough to be that person for anyone.

Tatum made our wedding day come to life. I met her at a bridal conference and from there she went on to help me coordinate my wedding details. I remember sneaking away from the room we were all getting ready in to take a look at everything and I was so taken aback. I didn't expect the venue to look as amazing as it did. I wouldn't have been able to relax without Tatum there to help. She set up all of our tables and did her best with the rest of my requests! I even had a last minute change in details and she accommodated us immediately. I also appreciate the fact that we had a rehearsal as well. It helped so much with all the nerves and it made everything feel more organized so I had less to think about. :) Thank you again Tatum!!

Tatum is a lifesaver and the perfect wedding planner. I don't even know what all she did during my wedding because she made sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand and were able to be in the moment. She made the wedding run seamlessly and one of our groomsmen said at one point he saw her handing out dinners! But if there was ever an issue, we never knew about it. The planning process was a nightmare until I hired Tatum. I had no direction, but within weeks she helped me focus my ideas, secure the most beautiful venue, and within a few weeks we had all the major battles conquered. What's more, it was a destination wedding and she traveled with us to meet the vendors all in one day, all of whom she found for us. My mother is a monster, our wedding party of twenty people was quite rowdy, and I was not the best decision maker...I HATE linens now..... but Tatum was poised in managing all of that as well. She even scheduled us an appointment at a local linen store because I could never make up my mind what colors to go with. She was patient with my constant mind changing and mini breakdowns, always available, and even a good resource for other vendors I needed locally for no related events. In the end, our guests still have not stopped talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how fun and how seemlessly it ran. It would be a MISTAKE to NOT hire Tatum as your wedding planner! You couldn't be in better hands. Thank you Tatum!!!

It's hard to put into words how extremely talented Tatum was through out our entire wedding process.. always easy to get a hold of, sweet, accommodating, hard worker. I could go on and on..
