n. For the cocktail hour, he asked us for a playlist of songs we love that weren’t necessarily “dance floor” songs and played them all! The same went for the songs between dance floor sets, like during transition to reception, dinners etc. For the reception, we made him a playlist and he hit so many of our requests plus others that fit our vibe. The transition between songs was amazing and the dance floor was packed all night long. He even checked in with us when guests requested songs to make sure they were songs we wanted to hear. He was just incredible and we could not recommend him more.

was effortless and they took time to ensure that all details were in order. For example, we had a beach ceremony with no electricity (they brought a wireless speaker system that worked PERFECTLY at no additional cost) and a custom first-dance song (Greg took our .mp3 file without any issues). They also asked for our specific music preferences and used them to craft a playlist that kept people mingling + dancing.

ding 2 weeks ago! Phil was beyond easy to work with, never pushed anything on us, never forced us out of our comfort zone, and always had the best recommendations. We knew we wanted everyone to have the most fun possible, and Phil made sure everyone was out of their seats the entire time. He played music every age group could dance to without it ever feeling forced or out of place. Phil’s knowledge of music is also incomparable - you want 90s deep cuts? 70s hits? He’s got you. Going into our wedding day with no stress about the music was such a gift, we’d hire Phil a million times over!

got a photobooth through Phil and it was a huge hit - we used it for our guest book and we got a USB with all the photos on it at the end of the night. Great DJs and so easy to work with - definitely hire them!

Leading up to our wedding, Scott met with us in-person and also spoke with us on a call where he displayed a high level of professionalism. His equipment was of high quality where everything sounded great. He was even able to set up our officiant with microphones for our outdoor ceremony. We would highly recommend Scott for your next event!

mic and DJ Phil was amazing with the transition of the new date. He was honest about what songs to choose and what would keep the party going. We asked him to stay later because everyone was having such a good time and he didn't leave until 2am! Everyone danced all night long. 100% would recommend him for any kind of event. prior to the wedding and followed our long request list. He included a photo montage, and even set up equipment for our friend to play the piano during our ceremony. He truly understood the style and flow we were going for, which was key because we had a cocktail style wedding. Phil made sure that our choreographed first dance went smoothly too! Getting married on LI is ridiculously expensive but Make Some Noise DJs was really reasonably priced. We truly appreciate all of the time he took speaking to us on the phone, via email and in person, in order to make sure everything was right. He truly made our wedding the party we dreamed of.

coming from a farming family. I was never big into the big, flashy dj companies so speaking with them and instantly feeling comfortable and understood my vision made this choice a no brainer. He was excellent, did everything we asked for and was completely accommodating, specifically when we had to change the entrance song last minute for the flower girl... everyone loved baby shark!
