Christina was an absolute dream to work with. She listened to every small detail about how I wanted to look on my wedding day, and made me look even more beautiful than I ever thought possible. She also put me at such ease on the morning of my wedding - we had so much fun together. I am so looking forward to working with Christina again for future make-up needs!

Christina and Katie made my wedding makeup dreams come true making me feel so stunning! Katie traveled up to VT and did all of my bridesmaids who all loved their looks as well ! She was great at taking notes at my trial and fixing everything is asked for perfectly for the big day !! Would recommend to anyone who wants to feel like their most beautiful selves !

We used Make Me Up RI for our wedding and our artist Jill was just incredible! Her ability to make us all feel beautiful was amazing- we have varying skin tones, ethnicities, age, skin type- but that was no problem for Jill. And my wedding makeup as the bride was just stunning! Jill is so kind, easy to connect with and wonderful to work with. I would definitely use Make Me Up RI again!

Christina from MakeMeUp is so responsive and amazing from start to finish! It was so easy to book, and when it became close to the wedding day she accommodated my requests for the schedule so easily. I requested that Sam do our make up for the wedding day for me and my girls because she has done my makeup before at another wedding :) and she absolutely knocked it out of the park, again!! Everyone loved their makeup and looked so beautiful and I was so in shock at how she executed exactly what I wanted. Christina and Stephanie are both incredible people and so sweet and made me and my girls feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! I don’t normally wear a lot of makeup so I went into this not knowing a thing about what I wanted to do for makeup besides finding inspo from a few Pinterest pics. I wanted something natural but still wanted to feel like a princess and Christina absolutely delivered. My makeup lasted all day and I have never felt more beautiful! Stephanie did the makeup for a few of my girls and they were all so happy with how they looked. Christina and Stephanie were so fun to hang out with and vibed with everyone the entire morning. They made it feel like friends hanging out and not like we were just clients. I couldn’t have asked for a more talented and professional team to do my makeup on such a special day. I went with MakeMeUpRI for my wedding after having been a bridesmaid at 7 other weddings. MakeMeupRI did my makeup as a bridesmaid for 2 of those weddings, and as far as bridesmaid makeup went, they clearly were the BEST - across the board on all girls too! When it came down to my wedding, there was no question that I was going with MMRI - one of my top “needed to get” vendor for sure! They have this thing down to a science and are true professionals. I went with Christina (owner) for my wedding, and while I do think any other artist would have done an incredible job, I was so beyond happy I did - best decision! I had a trial first (which I highly recommend) and Christina followed up with me a few days after to take notes for any changes I had (all minor!). She clearly prioritizes her client’s happiness, and wants to make sure you LOVE your look for your wedding day. On the morning of the actual wedding day, I trusted Christina inherently with the amount of blonzer/blush ratio (something I always overdo on my own oops), knowing what photographs best. She was 1000% right and my makeup looked flawless in my photos (and in real life too!!!). Not to mention, Christina is truly one of the kindest people - the morning of the wedding when all the craziness was going on behind me, Christina truly chilled me out and was so refreshing to hang with for the hour that you have to just sit and do nothing (only time all morning!) while getting your makeup done. I’m so grateful for her that day! I know the other girls on the team are awesome too and the bridesmaids /MOG/MOB absolutely loved their looks, and looked stunning. MakeMeUp was recommended to me by MULTIPLE friends and they did not dissapoint! Not only was Christina extremely communicative, she was so friendly and easy-going during my trial and I felt like I had known her for years. She also went above and beyond and squeezed me in for a makeup trial the morning of my bridal shower! Christina was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She and her team made myself and my bridesmaids look out of this world beautiful. My trial confirmed how much talent she has - she even followed up with me after to see how the makeup held up throughout the day (perfectly), and to see if for the wedding day if any changes needed to be made. Christina was wonderful to work with for my April 2022 wedding and I absolutely loved my makeup! It looked amazing from morning to night and was exactly the bridal look I wanted. I had a great experience working with MakeMeUp for my 12/18/21 wedding. Christina is extremely professional and easy to plan with. Her team is exceptionally talented at what they do. I had a particularly amazing experience with Caitlin at my trial. I was absolutely amazed at the look that she created. On the wedding day, we had a team of 2 to take care of 12 people getting their hair done. Both stylists showed up on time, got set up, were super kind, professional and kept us on schedule all morning. Between the 12 people, there were all kinds of hair styles being requested - updos, half up/half down, braids, etc. Each hair style came out just gorgeous - everyone looked so elegant! Worked with Christina for our wedding, she came on site and did makeup for myself and 6 bridesmaids with another artist, Tiziana. They both did a great job and everyone was happy with their makeup. She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. The trial was amazing and she tried traditional and airbrush makeup to see which I liked better. I highly recommend her services!

I have now used MakeMeUp by Christina Kaian on several occasions and have been nothing short of impressed. This is a team comprised of many different creatives and although I have worked with different makeup artists, I have yet to be disappointed! From bridal shower to wedding trial and wedding, my makeup has looked flawless and I have gotten so many compliments! Bianca did my makeup for my wedding and I was obsessed! The other important thing I would like to note is how professional and organized this business is. Christina was extremely responsive despite how busy she is and she made the most organized schedule for hair and makeup for day of to keep everyone on track. Not only was she responsive, but I was impressed that she provided a refund at that last minute for my sister in law who had my niece the week of the wedding and couldn't make it! This was something she was not expected to due especially with such last minute notice but it was so appreciated. I used the MakeMeUp team for my 9/6/2021 wedding in Newport, RI. From the very first consultation with Christina and her team, I knew they were on top of their game!! She is so organized and time efficient - which is key for weddings. She did listened and delivered exactly what I wanted for my wedding hair and makeup, and it turned out so beautiful and lasted all day and night. Her and her team are so professional and organized - we had a group of 12 that needed hair and makeup done on a strict schedule and we were AHEAD of schedule which was a dream to keep the wedding timeline. Stop everything you are doing and hire this team. I simply have no words to express my gratitude for Christina & her team. Christina (and her whole team) are just the definition of perfect. Mornings of getting ready are obviously very stressful, and I probably would have been a wreck if it wasn't for Christina's calming presence and voice. She is so polite, calm, honest and just soothing to be around. And the makeup & hair.... oh the makeup and hair. I wish I could post a picture of what I looked like at 7:30 am and how I looked nearly the same at midnight -- despite being outside on the Rhode Island Coast with vicious winds that ripped by veil out many a times.... this team is full of miracle workers. My entire bridal party and my mom all stated they'd never felt prettier before ... my MOH had such a bad HMU experience at her wedding, she really was hesitant to get anything done again.. and she was blown away and so remorseful she didn't have a team like this on her special day. Oh..and get the airbrush!!!!!! No better vendor than these ladies.... book them now!

I loved my makeup for my wedding. I had Fatima and Patience doing the makeup for myself and my girls and they did such a great job. Patience was great with my mother in law who was a little nervous to get her makeup done. She left her chair feeling great about her makeup and I was very appreciative with the way Patience was so helpful and “patient” with her. Fatima did my makeup and I felt so beautiful and natural.
