If I could give Makenzie a million stars, I would! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and made our wedding day even more special than I could have imagined. Fr...
om the beginning, she was so kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible.
Her humor and personality made such a difference during our engagement session that it made me super excited to get to spend more time with her on our wedding day! She made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, kept us laughing, and made everything feel so natural. Instead of feeling awkward or worrying about pictures, we were able to relax and be ourselves. She felt less like a vendor and more like a friend who had been part of our lives for years. On top of everything, she delivered our sneak peeks SO quickly and getting to relive those special moments so soon was amazing!
Your wedding photographer is someone who will be part of some of the most important moments of your life, and you want someone who genuinely cares about you, not just the photos. Makenzie is exactly that and SO much more. She is incredibly talented, thoughtful, hilarious, and passionate about what she does.
Booking Makenzie was THE best decision we made for our wedding, and I would choose her a thousand times over. I couldn’t recommend her more highly, and I mean this with my whole heart when I say I will NEVER book another photographer again! She is our photographer for life, and I cannot wait for her to capture all the special moments still to come. If you’re considering booking her, DO IT! You will not regret it! ❤️
From start to finish, Makenzie was professional, kind, and her talent for capturing your most precious moments is incredible! I felt so at ease with her during my wedding, she took...

My now husband & I booked Makenzie for our wedding this past September & she was absolutely wonderful. It ended up raining on our special day & like any bride, I was stressed about...
how the photos were going to look & how the plans were going to change. Makenzie & her second shooter Ashley (who was also wonderful) were the perfect hype women to ease my anxiety. They started taking our portraits, realized I was stressed & showed me the photos, my whole mood changed after seeing how beautiful they were!! I am so glad we booked them. They got amazing shots of our special day that I will cherish forever! Highly recommend booking her got all photo needs.
We had the absolute best experience working with Makenzie! From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, kind, and communicative. She always kept us in the loop, valued...
our opinions, and guided us through the entire process — which was such a relief since we had no idea how to navigate finding or working with a wedding photographer.
On the wedding day, Makenzie was amazing at gathering everyone for photos (no small task!) and made everything feel effortless and fun. Her turnaround time was so quick, and when we received our photos, we were completely blown away. Every single picture is stunning and captures our day perfectly.
We truly couldn’t imagine having anyone else photograph our wedding. Makenzie went above and beyond in every way, and we’re so grateful for her talent and care. Highly, highly recommend!
I could not recommend her enough!
MaKenzie did our engagement and wedding photos. I can do nothing but rave, both about her work, and her as a person and a professional. At the wedding she was constantly checking i...
n with me and helping to take care of me as a bride. She is personable, funny, kind, and never has a bad attitude. Seriously don’t book someone else. The photos are completely brilliant and she will be a delight the whole day
I only have the most positive things to say about Makenzie. We hired her for engagement photos. She was prompt and very kind in communicating with us. She is down-to-earth and made...
us feel at-ease during the session. Neither of us had taken professional pictures before, so this meant a lot to us. My fiancé even commented on how much fun he had, which is not something I expected him to say about a photo shoot! After the session, she went above and beyond in adjusting a few of the photos to our request. She truly went out of her way to maintain her commitment to us and providing us with a stunning gallery (she is masterful at using natural light to make beautiful, bright photos) that we can’t wait to share! She is wonderful, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. ☺️
Photography was the one area I wanted to seriously focus on for our wedding. I spent hours researching 75+ photographers. I can firmly say without a doubt that Makenzie Hill Photog...
raphy was my perfect choice! From the moment we booked her, she went above and beyond. She was kind, caring, professional, courteous, supportive, and made sure that we knew she was in our corner throughout the entire process. She listened and was tentative to my concerns, and always reassuring. She is the calm in a storm of chaos, and was never afraid to lend a helping hand. I swear that she’s a superhero because though I knew she was busy based off her photography page, no matter when I reached out she responded within a timely manner. Having a photographer who is fun and does what needs to be done makes the day go so much smoother. I would rather be behind the camera instead of in front of it, and you can’t tell based off her work. She made us feel comfortable, confident, and I’m not sure how to begin to word her work. A true artist. Her turn around time for our photos was insane, and I tear up every time I look at them. Her quality and clarity was so outstanding that no matter which part of the day it was, the emotions of that exact moment resurface. She is a super star, the whole package. Never once through my experience did it feel like a business transaction, we mattered to her. I feel as if I made a true friend who just wants to capture your special moments. I assure you I will be using her for all of those, and that there’s no one else I would rather have behind the lens!

r time because I fell sick in between our wedding & ceremony… and STILL, Makenzie gave us a very full & beautiful wedding album that truly captured our personalities and day. You would’ve thought she’s known us forever by the looks of our photos. Makenzie was super professional and relatable throughout the entire day which made for a quick and ENJOYABLE photo process! I can’t express our gratitude and appreciation enough. If you want a photographer who is flexible, kind and personable, you won’t regret booking Makenzie for your big day!!!

to answer all my questions in a timely manner and her prices are very reasonable. On the day of our event, Makenzie was prepared and easy to work with, allowing for the photo sessions to go very smoothly. She found additional spots to shoot than I had originally planned for and those pictures turned out to be some of my favorites. Her work is simply beautiful. She captures color and light so well and I could not be more thrilled with how our photos turned out. You won’t be disappointed with Makenzie Hill photography!
Makenzie was incredible. She had wonderful ideas, even in the rain. The pictures we have received are stunning. I still have a hard time believing the pictures actually came from ...

She did an amazing job on our engagement photos! They were stunning. She was a blast to work with and captured my vision perfectly! Can’t wait for her to capture our wedding!
