y you liked your look! The  schedule was prepared and sent 2 weeks before the wedding. The 3rd stylist was added 3 weeks ahead to accommodate the scheduling so the party would start not at 8:40 am, but later. I see edits from the bride's side 9 days ahead of the wedding on who needed to be done at what time, and it was adjusted. After the trial we decided to start a bit earlier, as the trial took longer than expected, and I have an email from the bride that she will ask her family to come earlier. And I understand that this didn't happen Specific people that wanted to do extensions were assigned to a more experienced stylist. According to my stylists, the guests did not arrive on time, per schedule that we had, but an hour later. The artist that was on site and ready for those that didn't show up, was not authorized to work with extensions, as she has no experience for this particular job. There was absolutely no confusion from our side, the confusion was created by the fact that the guests did not show up according to the scheduling that was properly confirmed. Extensions installation require more time/experience, and therefore costs extra, per our price list. This did create a significant delay that we had no control over. Our scheduling is color and numbers coded, with a 10 min breakdown, also assigned per person where it is stated at what time guests who wanted extensions should have arrived. I was calling on Fri, as per my experience I did foresee that the party is not very detail oriented, and wanted to make sure we're on the same page regarding the timeline. I will take into consideration for future reference on what terms we should accept for last second bookings, as the wedding was booked in less than 6 weeks in advance. Sincerely, Alina Karaman
