As a psychology major, Alexandra is naturally interested in people. She believes that truly getting to know her clients is the key to her success, and adores discovering a couple's unique love story.

Makeup by Alexandra offers full makeup services to have you looking your best for your big day. She offers a makeup trial in order to try out different looks and discover which one works for you before your celebration. Aside from using regular liquid foundation, Alexandra can also provide airbrush makeup, for a light and airy feel. No matter your choice, she strives to ensure that your makeup feels as natural as possible and will last all day. Fake lashes are included with your makeup service and Alexandra is skilled in individual eyelash application. She can also provide contouring to give your look an angular edge. This company is also happy to beautify your bridal party for your convenience.

dding website you could possibly think of and Alexandra kept coming up at the top of my list. Ever since the first time I reached out to her she has been the sweetest and easiest vendor to work with! We scheduled a trial and unfortunately it feel a week into lockdown and obviously we had to postpone it, but Alexandra was so helpful and comforted me promising she wouldn’t give my date away which I really appreciated! We wound up postponing the wedding a year due to COVID even before we could get the trial in, but I made sure to pick a new date that Alexandra was available because I had a feeling her work was going to be exactly what I was looking for. My makeup at the trial turned out to be even better than I could have ever imagined and I signed the contract with her the same day!
My wedding was finally on 8/13/21 and I still have all my bridesmaids and guests telling me how amazing everyone’s makeup was! My makeup on the wedding day came out even better than it did at my trial (which I didn’t think was possible!) and was without a doubt the main reason I felt as beautiful as I did that day! Alexandra brought me the cutest little care package with a gifted lipstick and the sweetest handwritten note! My entire bridal party loved her and she was honestly just like one of the girls, chatting about life with all of us and of course jammed to some Taylor swift with us also! 😂 Overall I could not have asked for a better makeup artist for my big day! I woke up the day after the wedding and my makeup was still 100% in tact - lashes and everything!
I will continue to use Alexandra for every photoshoot and function I have going forward - she’s stuck with me for life! My SIL even said she’s going to use Alexandra for her wedding when she gets married (she’s not even engaged yet LOL)

xtremely helpful throughout the rescheduling/postponing process and was also very caring regarding how stressful it was. my big day to 2021, but she also stepped in perfectly this year and conveniently performed my trial the day of my small backyard wedding. She adapted to doing my makeup outside in JULY, wore a mask the entire time, and was so easy to talk to. I told her that I rarely (almost never) wear makeup on my face other than some light blush, and her airbrush work not only looked so natural but also felt light and I could barely tell it was on my face. Same with the individual lashes - they looked beautiful and I barely felt them. Can't recommend Alexandra enough, and I can't wait to work with her again next year for wedding #2!

I work in the makeup industry and am very particular about how I do my own makeup, and Alex took the time and care to show me what she was doing every step of the way. She is so sweet and just a pleasure to spend time with, I feel like the fact that she does a beautiful face is just icing on the cake. The day of the wedding, I wanted my girls to feel their most comfortable so they each had their own color palette and inspiration in mind. Alex knocked each look OUT. OF. THE PARK. On my wedding day, Alex drove out to my parents' house on the North Fork at 4:30 am and arrived PROMPTLY at 6. She was able to accommodate not only me but my 10 bridesmaids and the Mother of the Bride. Alex listened to what each girl liked and disliked when it came to make up. She used individual lashes on everyone, which was such a nice enhancement. At the end of the morning, she touched everyone up and made sure we were all picture perfect. Everyone's makeup lasted ALL day and night!
