Makeup By Beth

I had Beth do my make-up for my wedding and she also did my bridesmaids. She was willing to come on-site which was wonderful. I also loved that she did a trial which made me feel a lot more comfortable the day of. She actually made me and my girls look natural while still making it look great in photos. I feel like that's what you always hear but never end up actually looking or feeling natural or yourself. Everyone was so impressed that even one bridesmaid that was against having hers done changed her mind and Beth was willing to add her in spur of the moment! I would definitely recommend Beth for bridal make-up!

My sister was married in 2007. When we needed a last-minute makeup artist for her wedding, my mom found Beth. Beth was able to fit us in and everyone looked incredible. Now fast forward to my wedding, five years later. While discussing details with my sister, she asked if Beth would be doing our makeup again. I told her there was no one else that I would have wanted to help me look extra special for my big day! Beth is, in one word, amazing! When I went to her for my makeup trial the results were beyond my expectations. She listened to what I wanted and gave me some suggestions based on what she thought would match my style and personality. I loved it so much that I had her do my makeup for my engagement shoot. And as lovely as I looked on the three prior occasions that she "made me up", nothing compared to how I looked (or felt) on my actual wedding day. Beth also happens to be one of the sweetest people I have ever met. On the actual day of the ceremony, the venue was late - literally locked and empty when I was expecting to be in getting ready! Beth not only calmed me down, she got everyone done on time and each person looked beautiful! I highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for someone to make them look and feel beautiful on their wedding day, who also keeps them looking like themselves and not some made up doll that your husband won't recognize. If I could, I would be visiting Beth every time I had someplace special to be!

I've never looked so gorgeous in my life. In addition to being an awesome fashion makeup artist, Beth is also a freelance wedding photographer so she knows how to do your makeup better than anyone ever could. Plus, you'll just love spending time with her. Can't recommend her enough. I just hope she doesn't get too famous too quickly and not have the time for weddings anymore!

My experience with Beth exceeded all expectations. Our wedding was on one of the hottest, muggiest days in Chicago. My biggest concern was that the makeup would not last for our outdoor wedding. Not only did Beth's work last but she offered me products to ensure that I made it through. I also have a lot of acne scars and Beth was able to cover them well and they were not noticeable. Beth has both, great talent and excellent customer service skills. I would recommend her to friends and I would definitely hire her again.
