Jaycie is the SWEETEST! She did a fantastic job with helping me feel like me on my wedding day. It was important to me to look in the mirror and see me as my hubby is not a fan of heavy makeup! She also is a cool, calm and nuturing presence on what can be a rather CHAOTIC day no matter how much planning you do. She made me feel genuinely beautiful from the inside out. You'd be so lucky to have her do your makeup. She did my makeup for my engagement photo trial in May and as well as the big day. She also gave me a cute full-size lipstick to keep that day. I'll always be able to apply my "wedding lips" for future special occasions.

Jaycie is unbelievably talented, professional, and down to earth. She is extremely attentive to your preferences for your make-up. I was in absolute awe on my wedding day (10.14.23). I felt extremely beautiful. My make-up was natural and I felt like myself. I was complimented throughout the night as to how beautiful I looked as well as how great the bridal party looked. I loved working with Jaycie and would recommend her a thousand times over. She is such a pleasure to work with and I hope to get the honor to have her work her magic on me again!

I cannot recommend Jaycie enough! I was the MOH in my sister’s wedding, and I almost never like my makeup when it’s professionally done. I was obsessed. I received compliments throughout the entire day about my makeup. It photographed beautifully yet still felt lightweight and natural. I would love to work with Jaycie again! Not only is she great at what she does, but she is such a kind person.

Absolutely amazing. Not only is Jaycie the sweetest, she’s incredibly talented. My make up was perfect, and everyone loved their looks (mom, sister/MOH, MIL, sister in law). Everyone was getting complimented all day long about how natural and perfect their makeup looked. My mom and MIL especially loved their looks, and that’s saying a lot as they typically do not love how professional makeup comes out. Jaycie made them look and feel incredible!

I loved working with Jaycie! She did makeup for myself and the bridal party, and everyone looked fantastic! None of us wear makeup on a daily basis, and she was so thoughtful in her approach to creating an elevated but natural look that we were all comfortable with. I did a trial session with her prior to the wedding and she asked for my thoughts each step of the way and was so receptive and responsive to my feedback, trying different things to get to the final look we were both thrilled with. This review is long overdue, but I will recommend Jaycie to anyone and everyone. After doing a lot of research for my 10/23/21 wedding, I found her and I’m so happy she was able to do my hair and makeup for the best day of my life. She was so sweet and kind, and she knows exactly what she’s doing—she knew what colors were best for my eyes and lips, what to do with my hair, everything. I felt like a princess on my wedding day thanks to her. Highly recommend booking Jaycie for your big day, and also recommend a trial so you know exactly what you want!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jaycie! She is extremely talented at hair and makeup. A large concern I had with getting my makeup done was not looking like myself. Jaycie made sure I looked amazing and better than I imagined. She was wonderful with all communication and made sure I was always comfortable. Beyond her being amazing at what she does, she was great for the wedding day because she was so calm and made sure I was comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough!

Jaycie did hair and makeup for my whole bridal team, and she is phenomenal! She made me look glamorous and feel unstoppable, flawless and powerful! She has the magic touch! Case in point: My mom (who has specific taste and goes to the same hairdresser to achieve her desired look) was initially nervous about getting her hair done with us all. Jaycie did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was absolutely incredible! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and everything turned out better than I could have expected! We took pictures in the heat all day long and my makeup lasted throughout the night and still looked beautiful at the end! Let’s just say I met Jaycie while she was the hair and makeup artist and facilitator for my cousins wedding. I didn’t personally work with her, but with one of her talented team members. From that day I knew I would have to hire her for my own special day. The dedication and attention to every detail as a true professional was apparent and I was IN! Jaycie not only did hair and makeup for my wedding day, but also made herself available for my shower as well. Two looks she CRUSHED! I felt like such a princess. Hiring Jaycie was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. During my trial she was able to do my hair and makeup even better than my vision, after looking at only a few sample pictures and asking me very thoughtful questions - and then on the day of our wedding, she somehow managed to make me even more beautiful than my trial (which I didn’t think was possible). My bridesmaids raved about her in comparison to other wedding stylists that they had previously experienced, and we all got compliments on our hair and makeup all day which somehow managed to hold throughout rainy pictures. On top of her talent, Jaycie is both a joy to be around and extremely efficient. She had 10 of us girls all done ahead of schedule with time for touch ups, and was able to talk our girls through what styles might look best with their particular hair when some asked for more unique looks. Trust me and hire Jaycie for your wedding day, you will be so glad you did!

Jaycie is absolutely fantastic!! She did my hair and makeup along with my bridal party ! Everyone was soo happy with how their makeup turned out. She made my vision come true! Jaycie was absolutely amazing. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and it was absolutely beautiful! She took everything I envisioned and perfectly reinacted it on me. The best part is during our makeup and hair trial it was close to a tornado out and she still came and we had a tree fall down in my yard during! She just kept on going. Haha. Jaycie is so talented on what she does with hair and make up! She made me feel truly beautiful on my wedding day and I would have not felt as confident if it wasn’t for her! She really knows skin tones / types and how to highlight your best features - she listens on what you want and explains what she is doing to make you feel comfortable! Jaycie was such a joy to work with, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I immediately felt comfortable with her during our very first phone call. During my hair and makeup trials, she listened to my feedback and made sure I felt beautiful. She also offered suggestions on how to better manage my frizzy hair, which was much appreciated! I highly recommend Jaycie and her team for any bride looking to have their hair and makeup done for their wedding. Working with Jaycie was a joy from start to finish. She was always very responsive, organized, and well educated about beauty services. During the trial, Jaycie helped me not only decide what would look best for me, but educated me on how to improve my skin to look the best I could on my wedding day. She was full of advice and knowledge. The day of hair/make up turned out exactly as I had asked and lasted through tears, wind, and multiple hugs!

I used Jaycie for hair for myself (bride) plus 4! Jaycie is patient, safe (Covid) and kind. She truly wants you to look like yourself, plus add a little glam. She assisted me with my 1976 veil bonnet and I truly felt like a princess. 10/10!

Jaycie did a remarkable job during a VERY strange wedding season. The trial was great, we talked through the changes that I would want on the wedding day and she made me feel so confident and comfortable knowing that my makeup would look perfect. She communicated her needs as it related to the pandemic and because we are a respectful group, it was a breeze. It was so nice to have someone upbeat, fun, talented and concise in all aspects of her business. Jaycie is incredible. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and it turned out perfectly. I’m very picky about my hair and makeup but don’t always know how to articulate the look I’m going for, and she somehow understood exactly what I wanted and executed perfectly. Jaycie is seriously the best! I had to move my wedding date due to COVID and Jaycie was so accommodative with the other changes that came with moving my date. I even wanted to change my hair from what we had planned for in my trial but I had complete faith in her! All I did was show her a picture and WOW she was able to do exactly what I wanted, but even better!! She brought my bridal hair and makeup vision to life and exceeded my expectations. She is not only extremely talented, she is warm hearted and has such a positive and calming energy! My hair and makeup looked natural and timeless. Jaycie and her associate did the makeup for our wedding and were absolutely wonderful! Not only were the both so incredibly sweet and felt like they were one of my bridesmaids, they both did such great jobs. I think I had been a bridesmaid 7 times prior to my own wedding and always had issues with the way the fake eyelashes looked on me and I expressed this problem to Jaycie during my trial and she immediately knew how to "fix" the problem. As someone who doesn't know the best way to describe what I want in terms of make-up, she seemed to know exactly what I wanted and I felt beautiful the day of my wedding. Also, it stayed on very well and it was a long day with a lot of dancing! Hire Jaycie people!

Jaycie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so flexible with our changing plans with COVID and made everyone feel very comfortable. She is incredibly talented and also creative- I didn't have a specific vision in mind and she helped me figure out my dream wedding look. I have gotten my hair and makeup done countless times as a bridesmaid and I can confidently say that Jaycie is the best in the business. All of the girls were so happy with how they looked- and my aunt ended up hiring her for her wedding shortly after!

Jaycie is responsive, responsible and incredibly talented. We hired Jaycie for my bridal hair and makeup during Aug 2020 for a small elopement. She also did my sisters, mother and grandmother's hair and makeup. She made us all feel incredibly safe and clean with her protocols and beautiful with her talents! She is calm and takes great care in achieving your desired look. The next time we have an event, we will be reaching out to her!

I am smiling writing this review as I reflect on our perfect day. Jaycie and her team were a delight to work with. Not only were they very fun and kind their work speaks for itself. They did an amazing job on all our hair and makeup. I received so many compliments about how natural our makeup was. I am not one to wear makeup much and have had my makeup done for a few weddings. However, Jaycie and her team knocked it out of the park. Not being able to do a trail because of coronavirus and timing made me nervous but the day ended up being perfect and I was soooo happy with my hair and makeup from Jaycie and her team! Highly recommend them for future events or your big day!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Jaycie she did my wedding makeup this year! I was a little unprepared to my makeup trial (I wore a purple shirt) and she still had me covered and worked with me thoroughly until we achieved the look of my dreams!! Not only did she do my makeup but my whole wedding party and my mother’s and EVERY single woman was in love with their looks and I mean in love. She made everyone feel and look absolutely gorgeous!!! The look, feel and vibe I was going for with my makeup was perfectly achieved by Jaycie and every time I look at my wedding photos her work makes me smile so very much! Jaycie did makeup for my sister's wedding in 2018, and the entire bridal party looked outstanding - I knew I wanted Jaycie for my own. She is extremely talented and is able to create many "looks," but more importantly, she listens to help you create a look to suit your style and personality. She even worked with me as I decided on the day of my wedding to change my look, and she absolutely nailed it. I have never felt more beautiful and confident in my life, and my bridesmaids have shared very similar feedback. Jaycie is also extremely professional. She followed up after my trial to make sure I was still happy with my makeup, and she always communicated consistently and well in advance. Outside of her talent, Jaycie is very warm, kind, and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Working with Jaycie was, hands down, one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.

Jaycie is the absolute no brainer for hair/makeup in Chicago! I was first introduced to her as a bridesmaid in a wedding and she did an amazing job (the level of detail and I wasn't even the bride was so impressive). When it came to hiring someone for my wedding I didn't hesitate to book her. She did a phenomenal job at my trial and truly listens to what you want. She perfectly understands that you want to look beautiful, but still look like yourself. She was able to deliver everything I wanted on the day of - and my whole bridal party loved her and her team as well. Since my wedding, two of my good friends have booked her and have already had amazing trials. She's consistently amazing and incredibly skilled. :)

Jaycie is AMAZING!!! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding a few weeks ago, and did an excellent job. Months leading up to the wedding, she was always so quick to respond to emails, and just overall so easy to work with. I was really indecisive about how I wanted to style my hair, and she was so patient with helping me try out several different looks until we found the perfect one. She is really personable and easy to talk to as well. She was referred to me from a friend who just got married in June and her bridal party look fabulous too! I'm so glad I had Jaycie for my wedding day glam, and I would highly recommend her to anybody. :)

Jaycie is truly amazing! She is one of the most kind hearted, personable, and talented people I have met! She along with 2 other girls did the hair and makeup for my wedding day. There was a wide age range from a 4 year old flower girl, to bridesmaids, and moms that had their hair and makeup done and everyone was so happy with how everything turned out! From the start, she was super responsive to emails and was totally on top of reaching out as we were getting closer to our wedding day. During the hair and makeup trial, Jaycie was really kind, but honest, about what styles would look best with my hair, what colors to go for with the makeup, etc. I really appreciated her honesty, but also flexibility throughout the process. After my hair and makeup trial, I had a lot of feedback (we had tried a lot of different things and I realized once I got home there were things I liked and didn't like). On the day of my wedding, she talked through the feedback I gave one more time (we had already corresponded via email) and made sure I really liked everything. She did my hair and makeup better than I even could have imagined! I have never looked so beautiful and it was all thanks to Jaycie! Her and her team also did all my bridesmaids and MOB + MOG makeup (and some people's hair) and everyone looked so good! They all kept telling me how beautiful they looked and felt and that was so special to me! All the hair and makeup was incredible in person AND in the photos (I've been to weddings where the bride and bridesmaids had makeup caked on for the purpose of the photos, but it looked awful in person. Not in this case!). I loved that the makeup looked really natural and subtle - we really all looked like the best versions of ourselves. On top of the fact that Jaycie and her team did an amazing job, they were done early on the day-of (that never happens!) which means I got to relax and just hang out with my friends and loved ones without any stress. Starting the day on that note was so special. Don't wait another minute to reach out to Jaycie - she's amazing!

My hair and makeup was absolutely perfect for my wedding day! From the first time I contacted Jaycie, she was responsive, helpful, caring and flexible with all the details. During the trial, she really took the time to understand the look I was going for and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I was so nervous about my bridal look and she certainly exceeded my expectations. On the day of the wedding, she did an incredible job on all the ladies and worked efficiently to get us done well ahead of schedule. Jaycie was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. She has my highest recommendation for all brides and their wedding parties!

Jaycie did makeup and hair for my wedding on 11/10/18. I cannot say enough positive things about her! From the start she was quick to reply, informative and professional. You'll notice on her website that she works in a variety of industries using her talent, she's more than qualified and has great examples of her work on Instagram. The consultation was so much fun! I went to her home and it was like hanging out with a friend, she's super friendly and easy to get along with. The actual product is amazing. I was so nervous about my bridal look and she by far exceeded my expectations. My sister actually said she loved her makeup more for my wedding than her own wedding makeup. Jaycie also brought an assistant who was just as great in all regards. Thank you Jaycie for being a part of our special day and making all of us feel/look wonderful!

You must book Jaycie for your wedding!!!! I originally booked her to do make up for myself and 10 others. Just a couple months before my wedding, my hairstylist backed out and I immediate called Jaycie. She was able to get together other stylists in her network and get a group for three other girls together to do hair and make up for the whole group in an extremely tight timeframe. She was accommodating to my schedule to do trials prior to my wedding and made me feel so beautiful the day of. She was my favorite wedding vendor and I would highly highly recommend!
