She was super understanding, adjusted everything beautifully, and made sure I was completely happy with the outcome. My makeup turned out absolutely amazing and lasted the entire night, through dancing, photos, and even tear-filled moments. Not only did my makeup look incredible, but everyone else in my party's makeup looked unreal as well. She arrived on time, worked quickly without ever compromising quality, and still left plenty of time on my wedding morning for any touchups before getting fully ready for the day. one photographed so well. Her hairstylist was an absolute pro and did 8 heads of thick hair in no time. We were ahead of schedule and had plenty of time to relax before the ceremony. Plus we had a great time chatting with them all morning - the vibes were perfect! I’d book again in a heartbeat.

She truly cares about her brides- my grandma fell and broke her wrist about a month before my wedding so she was unable to do her own makeup. not only me, but all of my bridesmaids and our moms feel so beautiful! Everyone was GLOWING, and it was all thanks to her talent and care. Madison is unbelievably sweet, personable, and easy to talk to. I felt completely at ease in her hands and fully trusted her vision. She made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself, and that meant the world to me. She is truly a gem, and we’re all so thankful for her. If you’re thinking about booking her — do it! You won’t regret it!

and felt like I could communicate well with her when I needed to have questions answered. I wasn’t given a timeline for anything in preparation for wedding day, even after I inquired multiple times….and she was an hour late bc she forgot we changed the meeting place. The hairstylist was on time. I am not an anxious person, so I knew we would make it on time to church and no one was getting complicated styles. But it definitely ruined my photography plans. I readjusted day of my photo plans. Talent wise she is exceptional. I think there’s a lot of room for professional growth and maturity overall. And to be easier to reach and more willing to talk on the phone at the very least! I thought it was strange even her email is not actually a direct communication, it’s an assistant. I thought she did beautiful work, but would not book her in the future for other beautician needs or recommend to others.

e a few small things that I wanted changed for the day-of, and both ladies were understanding and more than happy to make the small alterations needed. They also both gave me tips of things that I could do beforehand, so that I could look even better on the day-of. Communication was easy and quick! The quality of their work was wonderful! I thought that all of my bridesmaids and I looked just as gorgeous at the end of a rainy, humid day as we did when they had just finished our hair and make-up. Madison and Kristi worked quickly, but it did not effect their skill or the quality of their work in any manner. The value for the cost seemed about average-to-good value for what was offered. Madison brought all of her own supplies and even her own chair. Each of us got false lashes, which were amazing. (I have never, ever been a false lashes girl, but they were GORGEOUS!) Kristi also brought all of her own supplies and even left some bobby pins, just in case. They were both very kind and easy to work with.

and Madison quickly put my worries to ease. My makeup was done by around 9:30am and stayed perfect through the end of the night at 11pm! I was in awe of how flawless and light my face felt, despite looking so beautifully made up. She was incredibly responsive to any changes from our trial. I was obsessed with my bridesmaids makeup as well! She also works very quickly (without compromising her amazing work!) which was great for wedding morning because we had plenty of extra time to hang out. On top of doing beautiful makeup work, she was such a joy to be around on wedding morning and all my girls loved chatting with her :)

Both Megan (makeup) and Kristi (hair) brought such great suggestions to my trial because I didn't have a great sense of what I wanted, and they absolutely crushed it for me and all my ladies on the day of. I really appreciated how timely and professional they were, especially having to drive out to my home for us to start getting ready. They were so kind and fun the whole morning, which definitely matched the vibe of my group of ladies. I thought everyone looked absolutely stunning and even more importantly, I know they all felt beautiful. Everything held up fantastic the whole day and I am so excited to see our pictures when they come back. I am so glad I booked with the Makeup by Madison team and would highly recommend them to any bride and her crew!
