n her page were the best I had seen. I contacted her for a consultation and sent her a couple pictures of celebrities whose make-up I liked. My communication with Maida from day one was simple, clear and straight forward...the ideal combination for a stressed out bride! My consultation and trial application was the day of my bridal shower and I looked great. Everyone at my bridal shower commented on how good I looked and how natural the make-up appeared. That's when I knew she was a keeper. The day of the wedding Maida was perfect! She showed up on time, prepped her work station and was ready to get to work. Her entire operation was professional from the beginning to end - plus she's sweet and pleasure to be around. What I really loved about Maida on my wedding day is that the vibe in our room was serene and peaceful and she fit right in. There were a total of 6 girls getting their make-up and hair done and we didn't have a lot of time to complete both. Maida remained calm, kept a steady pace and finished right on time. To my fellow ethnic brides...Maida is a good choice! The skin tones of my bridesmaids covered the full spectrum and she matched their individual tones perfectly. She also did a great job reflecting everyone’s personalities in their make-up. Some bridesmaids want a more dramatic look and others wanted to be more natural. Maida accomplished both styles while maintaining a unified group look. Maida is professional, timely, receptive and a talented artist.
