Monica was extremely professional from our first encounter to our last. We did a makeup trial for my wedding and I immediately knew that she was going to be the artist to do my makeup for my wedding. She is so nice and made me feel so beautiful! She listened to what I was looking for in a makeup look and nailed it the first try. Monica did my wedding make-up and was absolutely wonderful! She was so thorough during the trial and not only focused on the make-up itself, but also skin-care which I really appreciated. She even let me come back for free closer to my wedding date to figure out which foundation/application would be best since I told her I did some skin-care treatments. She was prompt and on time the morning of. Not only is Monica a great make-up artist, she is a wonderful person! We had great conversations every time I sat in her chair. I could cry just thinking about how thankful I am for Monica. I first met her in April when she did the makeup for my brother's wedding. Even though I had already booked another artist months before, my trial with that artist was disappointing, and that's when Monica came to the rescue. WOW. From beginning to end. All I can say is this woman is WAY more than just a makeup artist. I first met Monica when my brother got married 5 years ago. She did my makeup as a bridesmaid and I said to her, when the time comes for me to get married you NEED to do my makeup. Fast forward to February 2023, and she did just that. She did my makeup for my bridal shower, as well. Monica has become a treasured friend to our family throughout the last few years supporting me through my happiest day and even my hardest moments. I reached out to Monica as a VERY last minute "bride in a jam" during the fun covid times, as my make up artist got sick last minute and was no help offering or finding a replacement. Monica was available and was wonderful! She actually came to the rescue on her one weekend off, and friends of mine who are in the industry told me I lucked out b/c she is one of the best in the area and business as a while! Truth be told, I was SO much happier with her work than my original makeup artist, and the rave reviews from my family and guests kept coming in. Monica is incredible to work with and an excellent makeup artist. She is extremely professional, organized and personable. Monica was able to accommodate my extra large wedding party with her team of makeup artists (3 make up artists total). I had a party of 12 bridesmaids, my mother and mother in law (and myself of course) who all needed makeup. Her whole team arrived on time to Sea Bright and got us ready by the time the photographers came. Monica is very good at what she does and I trusted her every step of the way. From the trial to the big day, she was always communicative and accommodating. I'd recommend her a million times over!

Makeup was my biggest concern when it came to my bridal look. I don't wear much makeup and the last thing I wanted on my wedding day was to feel and look over done. It just wouldn't feel like me. I was upfront with Monica about this and she was so careful to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing and how I looked. She knocked my make up look out of the park. FAST FACTS: professional, clean, prompt, friendly, skilled, real. I first met Monica 5 years ago at my best friend’s wedding. I never felt more beautiful than when she did my makeup that day. When I tell you my makeup didn’t budge, I mean it lasted the ENTIRE night on the dance floor and after party. Fast forward to September 2022, my wedding day. The one thing I knew for certain was that I needed to contact Monica! I made no backup plans – she was it. From the day I contacted her, she was nothing but professional, sweet, kind, and attentive. Monica is an absolute sweetheart and I loved working with her. I found her about 3 months before the wedding by chance. I had never had my makeup done professionally before, because I love doing makeup myself - but I didn't want to have to worry about doing it on my wedding day. I went for a trial and for the first one I didn't know exactly what I was looking for so I wound up going back for a second one once I pinpointed some things I knew I wanted. I went to her for my first makeup trial and I really liked it. She told me to let her know throughout the day how the makeup stayed on and if there are any areas I would like to change. I don’t wear a lot of makeup so I wanted to have a more natural look. I realized I didn't love fully the makeup around the eyes and she took those notes and even offered for me to come by to do a trial on just the eyes. She wanted to make sure it was perfect for my wedding day. Having someone that allows you to be open and honest about your makeup truly makes the experience better. I have seen many girls on here feel like they have to walk on eggshells if they didn't like their look. She embraces your feedback and she is not finished until you are happy! Monica is an absolute incredible makeup artist!! I had my makeup done professionally only once before, many years ago, not liking how I looked. I assumed that was what "professional makeup" was supposed to look like and forever did my own makeup when necessary. I booked Monica for the day of my wedding really for just ease so that I wouldn't have to worry about doing my own makeup. I was 2 months postpartum and had zero time for a trial. I sat down with Monica the morning of my wedding expecting to get the typical makeup done that would make me not look like myself. Well, I nearly cried it all off the minute she handed me the mirror. I never in a million years thought I would look (and feel) so beautiful. Monica took so much time making sure every color she used accented my features. She made sure to ask how comfortable I was with a blush color, eye brow shape, sheerness of a foundation, etc. and she did all of this on schedule for me and my bridesmaids. I cannot recommend Monica enough!

Monica did the makeup on my mother and I. My makeup came out just incredible!! I’ve never felt so pretty in my life! I was very particular on what I wanted especially with my lashes and she hit the nail on the head, even better than I envisioned. I also have blotchy dry problem skin and she somehow made me look like a model! I had a morning wedding so we were there at the crack of dawn. She was punctual and even got the makeup done a tiny bit earlier than expected which gave us time to make the last minute adjustments for my dress and even walk down the aisle on time. My mom also loved her makeup and raved about how fantastic it was for months after. Monica is so friendly and was such a calming presence for that morning. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about her work and I’m a perfectionist. It just blew me away!

Monica did the makeup for a few of my closest family on the day of my son's wedding. She handled the range of people from "I love makeup" to "I have never worn and not sure I want to". Everyone was happy with the outcome.

Booking Monica was one of the best decisions I made while wedding planning. I wanted to look glamorous but still like myself and she truly made that happen! I loved how my makeup and lashes looked on my wedding day, and I also loved how it felt! When Monica does your makeup it never feels heavy or caked on. My wedding day was humid and it rained off and on and my makeup still stayed so perfectly throughout such a long day! I had nine bridesmaids plus the mothers of the bride and groom that needed makeup done and everything ran so smooth that morning. It was a very stressful time for everyone and yet she was unbelievably understanding, responsive, and accommodating when we picked a new date. Monica is a very skilled and personable makeup artist. I had the most pleasant experience with her, during both the trial and the day of my wedding. My bridesmaids and I received great compliments throughout the night--my makeup lasted from around 1pm until I washed it off after midnight. Highly recommend!!! Monica is actually an ANGEL and 100% saved our wedding day! If I could give her more stars I would... do not hesitate, you need to book Monica!! Long story short, the artist I had originally booked cancelled 6 1/2 days before our wedding which caused so much panic. Monica came to the rescue; she took over so professionally AND drove to me Sunday afternoon to even do a trial for my mom and I - she really wanted to make sure to calm my nerves and that the big day would go perfect. My skin is super dry, so she spent a lot of time during the makeup trial finding just the right products and made sure everything was perfect on the big day. When I saw Monica's work at a friend's wedding 3 years ago, I knew that when it was time for me to start booking for my big day, she would be the first makeup artist I reached out to. Fast forward to 2020, and I was planning my own August wedding and my direct relationship with Monica started. We booked my trial at her home studio in February and I was immediately comfortable with Moncia. Her studio is fabulous as was her professionalism and friendliness. I got my trial the day I was attending a wedding, and the makeup wore perfectly ALL day and late into the night. Of course no one expected what happened with Covid-19 this year, but Monica and I stayed in close communication throughout the year. Once my now-husband and I knew we would be moving forward with a scaled down wedding, Monica was prepared and available with a set of guidelines. The day of the wedding, Monica made me feel more beautiful than I've ever felt in my life. She arrived early to set up and we found the perfect spot for her with ample light. From there, it was back to back moms, bridesmaids and myself and Monica was a machine. I can't even remember if she stopped to take a sip of water! Every single girl cannot stop talking about how beautiful they felt, and more importantly, how friendly Monica was and how much she added to the positive vibes of the day. One of the best wedding decisions I made was working with Monica! Planning a wedding during any normal time is stressful, having to cancel and reschedule a wedding during a pandemic was even more challenging. Monica’s positive attitude, flexibility, and quick responses relieved my anxiety. We had planned to do my trial makeup for my bridal shower, but that was cancelled, so the first time I met Monica was on my wedding day! She is super talented and a master at her craft. She thoroughly prepped my skin, explained her makeup process and product selection, and selected the perfect makeup style and colors. Monica did my bridal shower make up (also my wedding day trial) and my make up came out FANTASTIC! I was the maid of honor for my sister's "mini wedding" in July 2020, she did an amazing job on both of our makeup. Monica came in so professional, especially due to new procedures due to the corona virus, Monica made sure everything was sanitary and was very clean. Monica Monica Monica!!! So this is obviously long over due. (A year to be exact). My wedding was October 19th 2018! Monica knows how much I loved her and STILL do. Monica made me look like a natural knockout on my wedding day! Even my husband was grateful the my makeup accentuated my everyday look and I didn’t even look like I was wearing a ton of makeup up.
