Makeup by Noel

Noel has been inspired by makeup as a medium for most of her life. When she was younger, she would dig though her mothers makeup drawer and line up the neighborhood children to give them "makeovers". She's come a long way from playing with her mothers makeup caboodle and has been working professionally in the makeup artistry field for over 12 years. While living in Orlando, Noel sought out something more to inspire her talents and decided to move to New York to expand her opportunities. While working here she has had the honor of working for some of the top names in both the fashion and entertainment fields. From a natural clean headshot to body painting, Noel is up for any creative challenge and loves being able to color outside the lines.
