my trial when I signed my contract also. When I emailed to verify the location of the trial about a month out I was informed I was not on the schedule for my bridal shower day and I could schedule something but they had no availability on my requested day. I finally had to screenshot the contract with my trial date on it to get them to do my makeup at the agreed upon date. This was in November. On 1/13 (a month before my wedding day) I received a text message from them saying Natalia (the owner and makeup artist) had surgery scheduled for 2 days before my wedding and could not do my makeup anymore but she found someone else that could do my makeup but when I looked up her Instagram there was not a single makeup client on there. I requested a refund that day. On 1/17 I received a text saying they processed my refund and I would have it in 24-48 hours. I then received an email on 1/19 saying that the request for a refund was denied through square because she had a new bank account. I received another email on 1/23 saying square denied the refund for a second time because the transaction was expired and she asked me if I could accept apple pay which I said I would. She did not process this Apple Pay transaction until 1/31 after multiple attempts to call her and text her and email her with no reply. I could not even complain about it because in her contract it states “if we are made to feel uncomfortable in anyway, or mistreated, or if anyone becomes abusive/violent or displays any offensive behavior, We have the right to cancel the contract without refund” so I could not even complain out of fear I would make her feel uncomfortable and I would not get my refund. This is an unacceptable way to run a business and I wish this upon no future bride. Please beware when booking this company.

I knew I had to hire her for my wedding day hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. Unfortunately, due to uncontrolled and understandable circumstances, Natalie was unable to do hair and makeup on my wedding day; however, she was super amazing in reassuring me that she had already arranged someone else to show up in her place and gave me the girl’s website to provide more reassurance that she was a great replacement. within my budget but when I scheduled my trial the morning of my bridal shower SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! I went to their location in Brandon the morning of and texted her to let her know I was there since the door was locked and got no reply. I drove around and didn't see any cars around so I gave her a call and left a voicemail to let her know that I was here and it is 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. As soon as I finish my voicemail she texts me back telling me that she forgot to book my appointment on her calendar and that she is currently at another appointment. She offered me a free trial but I didn't accept it in the fear that she would forget that one too or worse my wedding day. I was also very disappointed that she only texted me to apologize and didn't call. I might have looked past it if she would have called me and explained the situation. I understand accidents happen but you don 't resolve problems with a text. If you plan on hiring Makeup by Pink LLC make sure they send you some form of confirmation email to ensure she has your appointment booked.
