tant for me and I am happy I met Polina who made my face look so beautiful on my special day!!
Polina is truly one of a kind! A hidden talent in our area for sure! If you’re in need of make-up for any occasion, I would contact her asap!
I work for local candidates, and was...
in need of a make-up artist for an upcoming photoshoot, when I was fortunate a friend, who attended the Art Institute of Tampa referred me to her. I have known her for about a year now, and I have known her to be accommodating, kind, punctual, sanitary, and very organized. On top of that, she is VERY talented and extremely hard-working!
My most recent experience with Polina was for my friend’s wedding. After my friend’s attempts at securing a make-up stalled, I contacted Polina. Not only was she understanding, but she made herself available for a wedding party of 10 with very short notice (approx. one (1) month’s notice). She and her wonderful assistant arrived early the day of the wedding, and because we were on a tight schedule to get to the church by 1pm, she efficiently worked on each girl without comprising quality for each and every girl. All of our make-up lasted 12+ hours even with sweating outside! She is a machine!! If you have a big group, you are in GREAT hands with Polina!
**For COVID conscious people, she always wears a mask and makes sure to use disposable brushes for each individual or if not disposable it is cleaned between uses.

n makeup artists who are skilled in air brushing techniques. When I asked her for a referral for my wedding makeup Polina was amongst the top of her list.
From the moment I contacted Polina on Instagram she was immediately responsive. Within one day we set up an appointment for trial makeup and had the contract secured for my wedding day which was a huge relief for me to check off my list. Polina offered to come to my house to do my trial makeup, but I opted to go to hers instead and was so glad I did! She has a gorgeous studio and an impressive selection of products which told me she takes her profession seriously and has fun doing it. We talked through all of my preferences and when she finished the look she took high resolution photos for me to see how my makeup would look on camera come wedding day. I opted for a pop of color and crystals on the outer corner of my eyes. I was having a festival wedding and she nailed the look!! Later that day she followed up to see if there were any corrections I would like made.
On the wedding day Polina arrived with her beautiful assistant Elena exactly on time. We worked out in advance what time she needed to be there in order to complete all of the looks. Trust her to help you with timeline because she was great at it. I had 7 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, and myself for her to do. They brought professional chairs and lighting with them. The whole day ran incredibly smooth. Each of the bridesmaids had their face make up done by Elena, then would switch over to Polina‘s chair to have their eyes completed. My entire look was done by Polina and everything turned out perfectly!!! I had the purple pop of color under my eye that I had requested, the rhinestones on the side of my face turned out fabulous and were secured with special effects glue, and my airbrushing was flawless.
I honestly can’t recommend Polina enough. She is professional, talented, on time, and has great energy. I promise if you book her you will be entirely satisfied with your results. My pictures are gorgeous and my make up stayed on without a single smear the entire night. Thank you so much Polina I can’t wait to work with you again in the future💕

ll brushes and tools clean and ready. I wanted a natural look highlighting the eyes and Polina did an amazing job especially with lashes, as I have sensitive eyes and it takes skill and time to get the lashes on my eyes. Polina was very attentive, careful and really responded to all my wishes, so that I‘ve got an incredibly beautiful look, just as I wanted. I felt easy and relaxed while she was working and that full make up really did last all day long!!!
I also contacted her afterwards asking for the exact products she used. And Polina responded very quickly and in detail.
A 100% recommendation if you are looking for a professional make-up artist for your special occasion.

he day of my wedding she showed up on time and was well prepared and did an amazing job. My makeup stayed on the whole time which actually never happens since I have very oily skin. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional makeup artist.
Polinia is the best ever! She was there early, had everything organized, and tested beforehand. She is also so nice and professional. Her palettes and tools are all very clean and ...
organized. She also had no problem matching my shades perfectly by mixing foundations, which surprised me because I’m Asian, and some makeup artists I’ve worked with in the states don't have or use the right shade for me. I felt so beautiful!
Most importantly, Polinia felt so comfortable to work with! She didn’t even comment at all on my scar, or other features, which was unexpected, and very nice.
I love Polinia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional makeup stylist!

as so quick with responding to all my questions, explaining a lot, so I felt like she was the one I wanted to do my makeup. Also I checked her website (the link is in her profile) and was amazed by all the stunning work she has there, some of her work was even published in magazines! I was thrilled to meet her. And I wasn't disappointed, Polina came in time, was very professional, her tools and makeup staff were clean (which is super important in current situation), she was ingratiating and I felt like I know her for ages! Such an amazing experience.
Will definitely book her for my wedding and highly recommend you do the same!

to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. Polina (and the wonderful woman she brought to help out) did full makeup and lashes for my bridesmaids, mom, and I with ease and flawlessly. Our makeup lasted all day and night...some even woke up the next morning with it still looking great! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Polina. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a makeup artist for their wedding or for any occasion!!

it was HOT!!! I was sweating like I was in a sauna and my makeup stayed put and was flawless the entire day and well into the evening. Thank you Polina, wishing you all the best in Florida. I know they will all love you for flawless makeup in that humid climate!

s post before and after photos. Usually you get the airbrushed final wedding day images, and you can’t get a clear concept of their work. Polina is straightforward with her work and to me, her work speaks for itself.
She is very professional, highly-skilled, and creative. I did two trials to play with different looks, one bold, and one more natural because it was so much fun!
For the wedding day, we ended up doing a blend of the two, and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Her photos are incredibly helpful so that you get an idea of how the makeup will photograph; it helped me decide which ideas I wanted to incorporate for a final look. I wanted something a little different and mentioned that I wanted “a touch of green”, and she incorporated this beautiful iridescent shade that almost appeared gold at times. I was a little intimidated by it at first but decided to trust her, and I was so glad that I did! I was really happy to have something a little unexpected but still look classic and timeless; it was true both to me and to my general style of the wedding.
Polina has very grounding and calming presence. I felt pampered and was grateful to have found her. I’ve never seen my mother or sister look so beautiful, either!! It made me so happy to see them at their best. My make up stayed **perfectly** for hours, even through my tears and sweat of the outdoor ceremony. I was always surprised that when I did a mirror check, I was still looking fresh. I did a few touch ups of my lips after eating and kissing (they were a deep shade of red), but didn’t need to do anything else!
I had hired some one from a team for hair, and I was disappointed when I had picked a certain stylist based on photos of her work and ended up being sent some one else for the trial and for the day of the wedding. There are so many variables to wedding planning as it is; I liked hiring the specific artist I had researched and knowing she would be there!

artist. She traveled to my hotel room the morning of my wedding with a second makeup artist because I had 8 bridesmaids and my mother in-law aside from myself. They were on time, professional and made all of us happy and feeling beautiful. I wanted a more natural look because I don’t usually wear a lot of makeup, but I had bridesmaids who like more dramatic looks and Polina was able to do it all. And our makeup held up perfectly all day outside in 90 degree weather! I would highly recommend Polina
Polina was very professional
& very nice! She did my make up & 2 of my bridesmaids. We got loads of compliments!! I felt super confident all day, I can’t wait to see my pictures!
I will start by saying, Polina does amazing work and all 7 of my bridesmaids and my mother looked absolutely amazing! However, I could only give Polina 3 stars because she arrive ...
45-75 minutes late. She claimed she should be at the bridal suite at “9-9:30 with another makeup artist” and didn’t show up until 10:15, with her assistant holding a full Starbucks cup, so obviously punctuality wasn’t a concern to her. I never recieved a phone call that she would be running late and I was left panicking a little wondering when she would show and contacting her via email and Instagram because I realized she never gave me her phone number. Polina being late put me behind 45 minutes and that drastically decreased the amount of pictures I was able to take with the photographer at the first look and with the wedding party and left me feeling terribly rushed putting on my dress to get out the door. Another problem I had was she advertised airbrush prices for me as the bride and my bridesmaids and then failed to even bring the airbrush for use. A few girls, including myself, were disappointed that we did not have that as an option, as advertised. Overall, Polina was an EXCELLENT makeup artist so I would recommend her but make sure to make your expextations as the client VERY clear as far as time of arrival and products being used and hopefully these problems won’t happened again.
Polina was absolutely wonderful. She did makeup for me, my mom, and a handful of my bridesmaids. Everyone looked beautiful and I'm so glad we hired her for our big day. The trial a...

When the big day rolled around, she and her assistant came on-site and were promptly on-time and ready to get started - we had 9 girls to get through! feel beautiful and confident. my makeup was applied at 9 am and lasted until i washed it off at 11 pm. we had pictures outside in 90 degree weather and the ceremony was also outside. plus a full night of dancing. i was sweating but my makeup didnt smear or wear off. i recieved so many compliments and people asking me who did my make up. thank you polina! you are amazing!
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Polina’s skills as a makeup artist or recommend her highly enough. I’m incredibly picky about my makeup, and I spent countless hours...
searching through Wedding Wire, The Knot, etc. to try to find the right artist for my wedding. I actually knew from the moment I came across Polina’s website that I wanted to hire her – her portfolio is stunning and, quite frankly, it was the only one that stood out through the dozens and dozens I looked at. So many artists’ pages feature gorgeous wedding photos, but rarely did I see a close-up of the bride’s makeup, which made me skeptical about booking a $100+ trial with an artist when I couldn’t really tell if I liked their work. Polina, on the other hand, features close-up before-and-after photos which I think speaks volumes about her talent and skills. During our trial I found that she was very gifted in choosing colors and products to enhance my natural features, but she was also very kind, professional, and patient with accommodating any changes that I requested. I left my trial thinking that I couldn’t love my makeup any more than I did that day, but it truly turned out even better on my wedding day – better than I could’ve dreamed! She also provided makeup for my mom, MIL, and 5 bridesmaids – we were all thrilled with how it turned out and how efficiently she worked. We were all especially impressed with how well it held up throughout the night – we had an extra-long reception and dealt with intense humidity, rain, and lots of time on the dancefloor, but our makeup did not budge all night! I cannot thank Polina enough for making me (and my bridal party) feel so absolutely beautiful on my wedding day.
Polina is an amazing makeup artist and just an incredible person to be around! She did the makeup for my wedding day, and the results were amazing! Everyone remarked how beautiful ...
I looked, and my husband was amazed at the naturally alluring look.
After my trial I had no doubts that I will book her to do the makeup for my wedding day. How lucky I was that she was available that day!
I told her what colors I would like for my eye makeup and she was able to create the look exactly as I envisioned it. On top of that, the makeup lasted the whole day and evening, even after 4 a hour bus trip I still looked amazing (according to my husband). She is very proffesional, fun and accomodating.
On the wedding day my look was just perfect and lasted a long time. She also gave me an extra lipstick to do touchups throughout the day. I was so happy I chose Polina, I felt so beautiful with my makeup. I would recommend Polina to EVERYONE who is looking for convenient, comfortable, friendly and proffesional service!

ange of skin tones and that was really important to me. She is incredibly precise and her attention to detail sets her apart from other artists. She works hard to truly enhance your features and won’t set down that final brush until your makeup is 100% perfect. I couldn’t have felt more beautiful on my wedding day and I received so many compliments on my makeup! My bridesmaids, my aunt, and my mom who all got their makeup done felt the same way as well. Our makeup stayed all day and didn’t run at all. Polina’s services are very reasonably priced, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re happy with your makeup. She is truly talented and I feel lucky that I found her for my special day. Thank you so much for the amazing work that did you for us Polina!
