Yashira and Yadi made me feel more beautiful than I've ever felt in my whole life—it was honestly a dream come true. They worked their magic on me, my kids, my mom, and my sister-in-law with such warmth and skill. What impressed us most was how their makeup and hair held up perfectly throughout the entire day. Beyond their incredible artistry, Yashira and Yadi were kind and personable, making everyone feel comfortable and special. We can't recommend them enough for any bride looking for a team that truly cares about making your day unforgettable.

From the start, Tara was super responsive when planning our meetings and answering any questions I had about the process. She did a full makeup trial 3 months before my wedding where she let me see all three of my looks, which made me feel confident in being styled by her for the wedding itself. I have acne-prone skin and Tara took time to understand my concerns and tailor the looks so I felt beautiful in my own skin. I felt like myself, since the makeup was not caked on or overly glam, but it still had an elevated look. Tara also took time to understand where all the Indian jewelry fit into the look.
During the weekend itself, Tara was a calming presence and our makeup sessions were an escape from the chaos of the whole weekend. We formed a great connection and I felt just as comfortable chatting with her as I did being in silence and recuperating from the weekend’s events. She even let me take a nap while doing my make up before the reception.
The best way to put it is that I felt like a princess when I was with Tara, and I could not recommend her more for any bride’s makeup needs.

the time to give me skincare tips and recommendations leading up to the wedding, which I appreciated so much and truly helped my makeup look its absolute best on the big day.
On the wedding morning, she did an amazing job managing makeup for our large bridal party while keeping everything calm, fun, and right on schedule. She made everyone feel comfortable and beautiful, and it was clear how much care and attention she put into every single person’s look. She even offered touch-ups for everyone after, which made such a difference and helped everyone continue feeling their best.
Most importantly, my makeup turned out absolutely beautiful — soft, natural, and exactly what I had hoped for. It lasted flawlessly through hours of photos, dancing, and multiple emotional tears throughout the day without ever feeling heavy or overdone.

While Tara did the makeup for the rest of the bridal party and my hair & makeup, Sienna did everyone else's hair. Based on timing, Sienna was even available and willing to curl the flower girl's hair despite not booking it previously. Everyone in my bridal party had their natural beauty enhanced through the wonderful work of this team. Based on other vendors I initially looked at, Tara provided an excellent value for a great price. She was kind, easy to communicate with, and professional without being too stuffy. I would highly recommend getting glam done by Tara!

The only thing that surpasses Tara’s professionalism is her kind heart. My husband’s grandmother has Parkinson’s disease and couldn’t attend our wedding, so I wanted to include her in a special way. Tara was more than happy to help—she came to our home for my makeup trial so my husband’s grandmother could be part of the experience, and she even ended the session by doing her makeup too! From that moment, I knew I had chosen the perfect person for my special day.
The morning of my wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. My entire wedding party looked absolutely stunning thanks to Tara’s talented makeup team—Yashira, Monica, Yadira, and Krystle—and I had never felt more beautiful. By the end of the day, Tara felt like family, and I will forever cherish this incredible experience, all thanks to her.

gled to get her address for the trial, receiving it only an hour beforehand after multiple attempts to reach her. During the trial, we adjusted the services needed for the wedding, and I followed up with detailed emails outlining the changes and a tentative schedule.
In the days leading up to the wedding, I reached out about an updated invoice, as payment was due ten days prior per our contract. When Tara responded with the original invoice, I clarified the changes, but her frustration on the phone was upsetting. While both Tara and the other stylist did an excellent job, the unnecessary stress from communication issues overshadowed the experience leading up to my special day.

After that, I had no worries about my hair and makeup for the wedding because I knew she would take care of me! Where to start! Tara is incredible in every single way. She is an absolute master of her craft. My jaw dropped after my hair and makeup trial, and I asked her "Can you really do it...
this well again for the wedding?" and she said, "it'll be even BETTER." And she was RIGHT! Each of my bridesmaids looked more beautiful than I could have dreamed, and Tara achieved something so important to me, which was making us each look red-carpet gorgeous while still looking like ourselves. Every makeup look was carefully curated and planned according to each person's unique coloring and facial structure.
In addition to her incredible abilities, Tara also was extremely reliable and responsive, reasonable about pricing and timing, and created an atmosphere of relaxation and humor in the bridal suite, consistently putting everyone at ease. The makeup looked great all the way until 2am - without requiring touch ups!! I truly cannot imagine any artist outperforming what Tara delivered for me on my wedding day. It's so important to feel confident, beautiful, and authentic as a bride, and I can't put a price on how effectively Tara delivered that experience for me. THANK YOU TARA!!!

I’m a bit of a control freak and don’t wear much make up, so I was a little worried about getting my make up done and it being too much. But Monica made me look exactly how I wanted. I looked so natural, summery, light and dewey. It was perfect. All my bridesmaids looked beautiful and i swear my mom looked 10 years younger. Monica is a master!!! And for my hair, I wanted a very specific style, a very textured low, messy, loose bun. Priscilla did just that. It looked exactly like the photos. I was beyond impressed and got SO many compliments on my hair and makeup!! I cannot recommend Tara Matos and her team enough!!

search for someone else only months before my wedding. Tara responded quickly and listened to all of my requests and concerns during our trial (which was fantastic!). We had a tight wedding day schedule (8 hair/makeups done by 11am), but Tara and her team made it work and everyone looked great! Also, I think it’s important to note that my bridal group was very diverse, and Tara and her team did an excellent job on everybody’s different skin and hair types. I cannot recommend Tara enough.

and each individual was so happy with how their looks turned out. Not to mention, Tara and her assistant were so fun to hang out with while we were getting ready. I have fine/thin hair and opted to wear it down - I was so sweaty during my outdoor ceremony and I can tell you my hair and makeup did not budge at all! ht! And that includes the after party at the hotel! A million thank yous to her and her assistant! You won’t be disappointed! My trial was great, she welcome me and my in laws into her home. After my trial I requested to change up my eye shadow she took notes and kept it for wedding day. And WOW!!!! My own mother was speechless when she saw me! We added a few folks super last minute and Tara adjusted her schedule and made it work. I would hire Tara again for any big events I have! She was amazing!!!!

fact, I hate it. And I didnt have time to do a trial. But none of that was an issue for Tara. My plan was a colorful bride but Tara tactfully reminded me your wedding day photos aren't like every other night out and we opted for a beautifully timeless smoky neutral that still showed my personality in a gorgeous way! Her skill with airbrush is unmatched! I didn't even feel my face makeup and it didnt need a touch up all day! She found the perfect shade for my fair skin tone and my pictures came out flawless. I think jer greatest skill is she doesn't hide who you are under a mask of makeup. I still felt like 'Me' when I looked in the mirror and I was confident taking photos with all my guests! I look back on my wedding pictures and feel so beautiful! Tara has long list of happy, gorgeous brides for a reason - she's amazing!
