Very unprofessional, was late to our appointment and refused to meet me(the bride) at my RB&B. I wanted to take pictures before I got to the venue and had hired someone to do so and it got ruined because she decided to show up late and had a little to no communication with us. When I finally got to her studio, she was doing everyone’s makeup before me and insisted that I got my makeup late because Somali weddings always start out late quote on quote. When I refused she let me sit down on the chair and did not ask me any questions or what look I wanted or if I am allergic to any products. I was extremely uncomfortable with her but stayed positive as I didn’t want to be stressed on my wedding night. I did strike a conversation with her to ease the awkwardness but the conversation consisted of her being demeaning and making rude comments about her Somali costumers and how they are behind which I thought was ironic because almost all of her Costumers are Somali. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone especially Somali costumers. I hope she changes her attitude and disgusting treatment towards her Somali costumers and whatever issues she got going against them and I also hope that she stops being unfair and putting other costumers before them and make the same traveling adjustments that she makes for her other costumers as well.
