I’m the owner of Makeup Madame Artistry and I started the business over 18 years ago. I’ve been a professional makeup artist for over 19 years. I love nothing more than to see the look on a brides face of complete relief and pride after I’ve done their makeup. It’s what has kept me going in the makeup world for all these years. When you love what you do for a living, it shows in your work. I don’t have “clients”, I make friends!

I live 4 hours away from where she is based so I was not able to get a trial run in, so I was slightly nervous. However…..when wedding day came and she saw my inspo pics and asked me a few more specific questions, my makeup came out even better than I could’ve ever dreamed. I truly felt the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in my entire life and all because of her and her team. My bridesmaids and I got compliments all night on our makeup! The execution was INSANE! I have truly never looked better and I owe that all to Sam and her team. I felt like I was the most beautiful bride but I also felt like I still looked like me which was always important to me. Sam was so sweet, thoughtful, and kind and I am so glad I had the opportunity to have her and her team with me on my wedding day. lexibility with trial appointments? No problem. Ever! An entire team of artists showed up in the big day and made it happen. I personally have never felt or looked more beautiful than I did in my wedding day. And it’s not just the artistry. These ladies have the most amazing personalities and made each and every one of my wedding party and family look and feel like queens. h lots of happy tears. My hairstylist was incredible as well. My hair held up the entire night, and she seamlessly added in the extensions I had purchased beforehand. I felt so beautiful and so taken care of.
I also want to mention something about the contract. It states that hair and makeup must be paid in full one month before services. At first this freaked me out (and my bridesmaids thought it was unusual), but it actually made the entire process so much easier. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to think about payments at all — everything was already handled, which ended up being such a relief.
Overall, my experience with MMArtistry was fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend them to any bride. They helped make my day feel effortless and truly special!

Samantha was so sweet and attentive to detail—my makeup stayed flawless all night, even with the outdoor heat! Charea did an incredible job on my hair as well; it held up beautifully without falling or flattening.
In hindsight, the only things I wish I did differently would be having everyone arrive about 30 minutes earlier to help the day run more smoothly, and sharing my specific timeline with Samantha a bit sooner, especially since I had a detailed schedule for family and bridal party photos after the first look and before the ceremony.
That said, I’m beyond happy with the service I received, the final look, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Kathleen were great about meeting the requests of the bridal party while also giving their input and suggestions when asked for. They were able to help give hair suggestions on what would add to our girly, whimsical, Bridgerton vibe we were going for. I have extremely thick hair and was nervous about my hair looking like my inspiration pics and staying all night. And Charea truly worked magic on my hair. It looked amazing and stayed in all night long. Sam also hit the nail on the head with the soft, natural glam look I wanted. I know how important it is if you're going to drop a good amount of money on these services to feel like it was worth it. And I can truly say these girls are worth every single penny. We are so grateful for their talents!

my trial to the day of the wedding, everything was incredibly smooth. They were reasonably priced, punctual, organized, professional, and wonderful communication (mainly through instagram messages). They were even able to handle my LARGE (13 including myself) group of girls from New England which is impressive in itself! Only recommendation is that she really does book up fast, so give her the headcount ASAP so she can get you the most artists possible (i dropped the ball on that one but she still made it work 100%). Sarah did my hair (with clip in extensions) and Sam did my makeup and everything came out EXACTLY how I wanted. I have a picky group of girls and they were all very happy with how everything came out. Just book them and check it off your list :)

ght from the start, Sam responded quickly, helped answer questions, and the booking process was simple and easy. Her and Kathleen travelled to our airbnb for the makeup/hair trial, and right then, I knew this was the best decision I could have made!
On wedding day, ALL of my bridesmaids and moms (14 to be exact) looked incredible, felt incredible, and Sam's team made sure everyone was happy. As a bride, Sam and Kathleen made me feel like a real life Margo Robbie and a princess combined. My makeup and hair did not move, despite the sweat, and weather elements. They truly made my hair/makeup dreams come true!!!
