When I reached out and clearly stated that I believed no contract had been signed, she simply ignored the message. My wedding was ultimately canceled due to logistical issues, and no services were provided in the end, but she still refused to return the deposit, relying on a policy from an unsigned contract that held no agreement from either side. This is not how a respectable or trustworthy business operates. Future clients should be aware of how payments and contracts are handled here. Even great artistry cannot make up for poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and a refusal to act fairly
