e my chair. I always do my best to provide a professional, comfortable, and positive environment for every client. Thus, it pains me to see that on this occasion we could not get there. Doing this for almost three decades I learned that the communication is the most important part of the process. The communication is a two-way street and the client owns one side of the road. In this case, at the end of the session, the client actually explicitly said "I love it". In addition, I invited the client to provide any feedback or express desire to change anything once she wore a makeup for few hours and had a chance to reflect on it. No such feedback was offered until the subsequent follow up which is the standard part of my service. I regret that the clients dissatisfaction was not made known while at the trial, I'd be more than happy to make it to her liking. That is what the trials are for. Makeup is very personal, and everyone has different preferences and expectations. I always encourage communication during appointments so I can make adjustments and ensure my clients are happy with the final look. I truly value all feedback and will continue doing my best to provide quality service to every client. I'd also like to address the statement that I was being unprofessional and speaking about other clients, that is not my recollection as I take my work and my clients’ privacy very seriously, and I would never intentionally make anyone feel uncomfortable. Would have loved to see this work out for both parties, but that does not always happen. I do wish this client all the best for her wedding. She will be a one stunning bride!
