Adi found her passion for makeup at an early age and began her career in the industry in Macy’s cosmetics department. Thriving on helping others feel good, Adi completed a degree in the Makeup Designory Institute in New York City. Since then, the artist has worked at modeling agencies, photography sessions, and weddings, all the time honing her craft and upskilling to meet the latest industry trends.
Makeup by Adi provides on-site services for to-be-weds throughout Long Island, New York City, and the Tri-State area. The makeup artist offers hair and makeup trials for nearlyweds and their entourage to find the perfect glam before the big day arrives. Like all brides, you want to look your best self and getting an MUA you’ve never met before could have been a disaster but I had nothing to worry about as Adi is a complete pro. As soon as I met her all my fears were alleviated. She arrived ahead of time to go through options and she really listened to what I had in mind for a glamorous look. I was completely blown away by her magical powers and ability to transform me into a beautiful bride that looked and felt her absolute best.
It sounds silly, but as I didn’t have family or friends with me on the day, she really was a great friend on the day and helped calm those pre wedding jitters. I enjoyed the morning and felt at ease in her presence. She is so lovely to deal with.
If you are looking for an MUA (for bridal or any occasion) that will make you look and feel your best then honestly, look no further. You really won’t regret it. I look back on my photos with such happiness and will always be grateful to Adi for her part in that.
