I first sat in her chair during our first consultation I felt like I knew her for years. On my wedding day, she not only executed my vision perfectly but she was super sweet to my bridesmaids and went above and beyond to make sure I was good! . From the moment we walked into her home, I felt at home. She was very personable and polite. She gave me a chance to express what look I wanted for my big day and proceeded to exceed my expectation. During the trial she didn’t just match my vision but gave her expert opinion. She suggested a red lip. At first, I have to admit, I wasn’t sold. But after she showed it to me, she gave me the confidence that I could pull it off for my big day. Fast forward to the wedding day. Her punctuality matched her previous politeness and warmth during the trail. The bridal party and I were more than pleased with her services. She stayed conscious of the time and at no point did we feel like she was rushing a look. All of the bridesmaids had a similar look which is difficult to achieve on all skin shades, eye types,etc. She literally nailed it! My look as the bride let’s just say the red lip was poppin’ and my bridesmaids couldn’t stop screaming in excitement. ay she was always so personable, as well as informative and made sure she was knowledgeable about the looks I wanted for me and my bridal party. e were all blown away at how amazing we all looked. We were all impressed how glam her makeup application was without looking “overdone”! Being an African American woman, what really impressed me is that we were all of various skin tones and types (oily, dry, acne prone, scarring) and she matched our skin perfect! The finish was smooth and did not have that “ashy” or “caked-on” appearance... and best of all it literally lasted all night! It was only right that I vetted her for my March 2018 wedding! I’m super critical and picky... and was borderline a bridezilla ....I was very deliberate with my vendor selections for my wedding and she was at the top of my list. Victoria was very professional, responsive, punctual, and pleasant to work with. She took her time to see my vision and even politely redirected me when I was all over the place... lol! If I had to give any negative feedback... I would say Her work is meticulous and she takes her time to make application perfection... which is not AT ALL a bad thing! However, She is only one person so this may become an issue with very large wedding parties and wedding day timing. It takes about 45min for bridesmaids/Mother of the bride/ others makeup application per person and about 1 hour for the bride. She was really good about working with me and providing the timeline and coordinating the makeup schedule with the wedding day events. But of course even with all the planning, there were a couple of minor hiccups and miscommunications that caused last minute adjustments beyond our control. However she was very flexible, deligent, and at the end of the day got the job done!!! All I can say is always plan accordingly and always give a time cushion as I did and everything will be OK. Overall, I truely loved working with her and would certainly work with her again! ❤️
