OME ideas that I wouldn't have thought of. Everything was delivered on time, arranged beautifully and with creativity that fit perfectly with our themes. The only hiccup was that her supplier sent her one variety of flower that he had described as "hot pink" when really it was a muted lavendar. The florist handled it like a pro. She called me in, showed me a sample stem, admitted that the color was not what she, nor I, probably had in mind. She immediately offered to reorder (at no cost to me) and asked how I would like it handled. Because of the AWESOME service we had gotten there and because I knew that she would make our flowers and arrangments beautiful no matter what, I asked her for some Plan B ideas instead or reordering. We used the flowers that were sent, and added some black lace and feather details (to go along with our themes) and the flowers looked AWESOME! Even though the color wasn't what we expected, it looked great! That is a sign of a great florist and a great business. When something unexpected happened she addressed the issue, offered to reorder (at no cost to me), and then when I decided not reorder she made the arrangements beautiful with the flowers we had! I could not have been any happier with the flowers at our wedding and reception. We also ordered all our tuxes from this shop. It was a large order (11 tuxes) and everything was right and on time! One of the groomsmen's sleeves were a little short, so she whipped out her sewing skills and fixed it that same day. I HIGHLY recommend Making Memories as a wedding florist and tuxedo rental. They are a great business, affordable, and great people too!
