When my wedding planner first showed me floral designer to choose from, my husband and I didn’t even have a second choice. Mallory was the only right choice. Her floral pieces were all complete works of art. We came to Mallory with only small ideas of what we wanted and she ran with them in a beautiful way. When we told her we didn’t want an arbor at the end of our aisle, she dreamed up the most lush floral boxes to line the aisle that we were then able to recycle as reception decorations for some cost savings. One thing she did that I loved was a venue walk-through with us. We were able to visualize her ideas within the space. Mallory’s attention to detail goes far beyond color palate. She gives close consideration to textures, shapes, even the different vessels that would hold the flowers. Her pieces are all very natural and she sources blooms that I had never even seen before. Outside of arrangements, she crafted the most gorgeous wearable pieces – boutonnieres, flower girl flower crowns, and floral cuffs that had such reverent beauty to them. In the beginning, we had told her that our personal style was understated and natural and that we wanted to reflect the beauty of our venue in the Blue Ridge Mountains. She completely nailed that vision.

I want to start by saying that this is my first review for anyone / or any company ever (aside from my review on WeddingWire - yes, I posted on both sites because she's that good). I felt compelled to write a review for Mallory because that's how wonderful she is as a wedding florist and planner. Starting with florals, she has amazing taste and we completely trusted her in designing and executing on the vision for our wedding. I call her a floral genius and flower whisperer. The flowers come together in a very organic and beautiful way. Her florals are fresh in style. and most importantly she listens to what you want and makes that happen. She helped me brainstorm ideas and transform them into an even better floral design flawlessly. The flowers came out even better than I could have imagined. Simply put, you will not regret choosing her as your florist and your guests will be awed. Next, Mallory ended up being our wedding planner as well. Her calming energy and positive attitude made us and our families feel so at ease. We didn't lift a single finger and that's because of all the hard work she put into making our wedding the most amazing day. Not only did she do a great job executing, she provided great design advice and she knew where to find value without sacrificing guest experience. This allowed us to spend more in other areas that had a higher impact. She made not only an incredible impression on us, but also our guests and our families. Our wedding was truly spectacular and we are so appreciative of all the hard work she put into both florals and planning. Do not hesitate in choosing Mallory - it will be the best choice you make to ensure your wedding planning / floral process is as smooth as possible with the best outcome!

Working with Mallory for our flowers was one of the easiest decisions in the whole process of wedding planning – every picture of her work is absolutely stunning, I had zero question in my mind that she would do an unbelievable job. (And my entire inspiration board was already made up of photos of her prior work!) I had a specific idea of a hanging structure that I wanted, and Mallory truly helped my amateur vision come to life. While a few other florists I had spoken to tried to guide me away from my idea and toward something they had done before/were more comfortable with, Mallory was totally open to it and it worked out beautifully. She also very graciously helped me work within my budget to choose what would make the most impact to achieve what my vision. She is unbelievably creative and takes so much pride in her work. All of our flowers were truly stunning, Mallory was an absolute joy to work with and has impeccable taste and incredible creativity. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Mallory is a total class act and dream collaborator!! She was so prepared, warm and just an overall joy to work with. She was truly able to bring our vision and ideas to life -- it was even more gorgeous than we imagined!
