As the wedding manager discussed with you, the signed contract you sent back to us did not have the boutonnieres listed so she thought you no longer wanted them. When the wedding coordinator had mentioned that the boutonnieres were missing, Susan informed her they were not included on the signed contract. Nothing further was said, however, Susan had extra flowers and could have made them on site. We try to do everything possible to make sure the bride & groom are happy. The boutonnieres were a miscommunication; Malone’s apologized and offered a refund. As for the arch, there is a charge for that service. When your wedding coordinator asked her to do it, Susan made it very clear there is a charge for that service, and that it was not on your contract. She gave Susan the go-ahead to do the arch with an extra fee associated. We contacted you to inform you of this additional charge, prior to charging your card, and still have not charged you for this extra service. Doing this extra service for you took 45 minutes of time that was not planned for during set-up, which made Susan late for her next set-up. She did it because the wedding coordinator approved the extra fee and to make sure everything was perfect for your special day. We do provide everything in detail on the signed contract, to ensure there are never unexpected charges. If we are asked to provide additional services on the spot, we make people fully aware of what the charge will be and contact them after the event and prior to charging their card. I wanted to speak with you about all of this, to hopefully make things right with you, about the refund, and the additional service provided, but I never heard back from you.
