You literally just make a choice type of pizza you want or the color envelopes for the invites. And she talks with the vendor, gets all the details on delivery, timing, contracts settled and magically the product appears with no stress on your end!!! Not only is she loved by me( and my now husband, family and friends), but she is spoke highly of by her peers in the wedding community. EVERY vendor we went to would make a comment on how I’ve already made the best decision by choosing Malyn. And that speaks volumes in my book! The people who are in contact with her day in and day out are saying she is the best in the business. Spain Ranch said she is calm and handles the pressure better than anyone!!! And when your dress won’t bustle and you are almost in tears with seven girls up your dress…. Malyn comes over to save the moment with a video she made you take at dress appointment, you realize Malyn is everything they said she was. And you are know about to cry happy tears because she made everything on your day so perfect. Point of this post is that Malyn is simply the best. She made everything about my wedding so dreamy and I owe every beautiful memory of the day to her. She not only was my teammate for the wedding, but is a friend for life. Just do yourself a favor and choose Malyn. You will not regret it.

Problem was, the invitations for the reception had already been sent. Her team sprung into action, helped us plan, coordinate and execute a wedding prior to the reception and then reset for the reception just 30 minutes later! Did I mention President Trump also chose Tulsa (our location) for his first campaign stop and shut down many streets through which the majority of our vendors had to travel?! Once again, her entire team was cool, calm and collected. Nothing was mentioned that didn't need to be handled, the decor and level of professionalism she displayed was excellent. The day before the wedding, she went over the wedding schedule, contacted all my vendors, and orchestrated the wedding rehearsal to put me at ease. Her and her assistants made sure that on my wedding day everything played out smoothly and I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my family and friends. If anything went wrong that day, I was totally unaware of it because they took care of every detail. They even packed up our car at the end of the night for us to drive back to our hotel and our bags packed! On top of this, some of the most meaningful work she did was take care of us on the day of, keeping us on schedule, handing us food and drinks before we even asked, and ensuring we were having a stress free time! udget but, after all was said and done, she was probably the best thing I spent money on at my wedding. She is so organized and made sure that my vendors knew where to be and when. She took care of things at the wedding that I didn't even know were happening and dealt with them professionally and quickly. She even decorated for my reception and it was beautiful! There is not one thing that I can think of that I wish she'd done that she didn't do. Other people noticed her great service as well as many family members and members of the wedding party mentioned how awesome of a job she did. my wedding day without her. I did most of the wedding planning myself but started thinking about a Day-of Coordinator to make the wedding day less stressful. I met with Malyn and she seemed super nice and easy to work with so I hired her and I am so happy I did. She planned out the entire day with me and brought up things that I had not even thought of. She set up everything for the wedding and I did not have to worry about it which was such a lifesaver as you end up being so busy the day of your wedding. She then stayed after the wedding and helped tear down everything. My parents were so thankful for her and told me the next day that there would have been no way for them to get everything cleaned up in time without her. The point is, Malyn is amazing and you won't regret hiring her!

On the day of the wedding, she picked up all the decorations and had everything ready to go well before it was go time. We were so impressed with her ability to keep the day going smoothly. Any time I thought about something that I thought needed to be done, she had already taken care of it hours before. Malyn, thank you so much for everything.
