Mama Mia's was one of the caterers for us to choose with our venue package. The amount of food options was the best value and the food there is VERY very good. I had a few difficul...ties working with the event coordinator, Shawna. She was slow to respond to emails and most of the time seemed like she wasn't sure of what she was talking about. Lost our file and forgot a few details. I really had to be on top of her and confirm things multiple times to be at peace of mind. In person she was sweet and easy to talk to but a few questions went unanswered and she didn't have strong knowledge of the different packages that our venue offered. Overall we had ZERO problems the day of the wedding and everyone loved the food. As a bride, we have enough things to stress and worry about and it was a little frustrating having a vendor I was never confident with. I was informed that she was new to the company and still learning everything so hopefully my experience won't be typical.
