rything numerous times. For example, I ordered flowers to be draped over my welcome sign and they forgot those, so my sign looked awfully bare, which I was pretty upset about. My bouquet was SO insanely heavy that I could barely hold it and had flowers/certain greenery in it that I did not want. I also sent her a picture of what I wanted it to look like and it didn’t look anything like it. She sent flowers for a flower girl when I specified at-least 3 times that I only had a ring bearer, and they forgot his boutineer. There were other issues as well. I emailed the shop after our wedding just to make them aware and I never even got a reply or a sorry for all their mistakes. I had higher expectations and felt confident hiring them after meeting with Marianne, but we were pretty disappointed. Especially after the amount of money we spent on the flowers.

hat I had wanted and when we went for our mock-up, Marianne had that down exactly. While it was beautiful, I had changed my mind on the colors, in favor of a more pinky-purple (almost orchid) and blush color scheme as opposed to the more bluish-purple I had initially shown her. Marianne took detailed notes about the changes that I wanted to make and I left her with a swatch of my bridesmaids dresses. When I came in for the new mock-up, it was perfect! On the day of the wedding, I received so many compliments on all of the floral arrangements. Our centerpieces, the bridesmaids bouquets, and of course, my bouquet, were all stunning. Marianne also wrapped my bouquet in lace from my mom's dress paying special attention to the button detailing. She personally delivered everything to me, the bridesmaids, and groomsmen at the hotel and wanted to make sure that I truly loved everything. I would highly recommend Mamaroneck Flowers!
