My wife and I are so thankful to Managing the Event for making our wedding so special! Nicole was absolutely incredible helping us think through the flow of the day and was on top ...
of every last detail. She and Veronica also did a phenomenal job day of at keeping things running, dealing with vendors, putting out fires, and making sure both of us could just enjoy the wedding without worrying about any of the logistics. Most importantly - even at the most stressful times, Nicole kept a cool head and was a very calming presence! We can't recommend Managing the Event enough to help plan and coordinate your wedding!
We hired Nicole to be our day-of wedding coordinator and I am so thankful that we did! About 3 months before our wedding date, we started to feel overwhelmed with planning and coor...
dinating. Nicole's experience and guidance was a lifesaver. She easily took over communications with vendors and knew to check on many of the little things that we had overlooked.
The day of the wedding, Nicole took the reins and allowed us to enjoy our event without having to worry about any of the logistics. It is obvious that her experience with emergency planning has her prepared for worst case scenarios! She was even prepared with bug spray when the bugs started to climb up the dress during the outdoor party.
I was somewhat on the fence for hiring a day-of coordinator. I thought that because I had most of the wedding already planned that I would be OK without one. Looking back now, I am so glad I was talking into getting one and even more glad that we worked with Nicole. Because the wedding party and family met Nicole during the rehearsal, all the small questions and requests (and there were a lot!) were always brought to her instead of me! I can't imagine the stress I would of had without her! Can't thank Nicole enough for making that day so effortless.
Nicole of Managing the Event made our wedding just perfect. She took all the stress out of the rehearsal, meeting and greet and wedding day. I never had to worry about a detail. We...
met a few times leading into the weekend, she is unbelievably thorough and kind. I honestly can imagine how it all would have happened without her!!!
I can't explain how incredible it was to work with Nicole on our big day! Nicole was so thorough during and before our wedding, and helped us more than I ever expected. I had no id...
ea what I was doing, as this was my first time getting married, and the first wedding in my family. Nicole walked me through literally everything I could have imagined. Every person I talked to at my wedding commented on how impressed they were with her, and how great everything came together. One of my closest friends recommended Managing the Event to me, after I was against having a coordinator. I cannot express how happy I am that I took her advice, and worked with Nicole!!
