I could have done. When I was looking for a photographer I liked her prices and had a really good gut feeling about her. She did both our wedding and engagement photos and they both came out amazing. I didn't hire a videographer so I had to make sure I hired a great photographer. Manali the photographer has a great personality and was easy to work with. Given how stressful weddings planning can be she was a breath of fresh air. The photos came out awesome and very romantic. She really captured the essence of such a special day. She responded to our emails quickly and answered all of our questions about the process and timeline. On the day of the wedding, her calm, responsive style was wonderful and she snapped away with genuine enthusiasm. She was incredibly professional and assertively kept us on track to be sure we had time for full family photos and some perfect sunset shots. When she sent us the final product, we couldn't be more pleased. She truly captured the event and all the moments we wanted to remember and also those that we missed. our engagement shoot, it was our first time meeting her in person. Neither myself or my husband are "easily at ease" in front of a camera and she made us very comfortable and was very easy to work with. She produced amazing pictures in a very timely fashion and we were very happy with them. On the day of our wedding, she was constantly around, constantly shooting and we hardly noticed she was there. After being so happy with our engagement pictures, we were so excited to see the ones from the wedding. A few short weeks later, she posted a blog with some of our pictures and we were thrilled beyond belief! The pictures really captured the day perfectly and told the story of our wedding. Currently we are working on choosing the pictures we would like in the album she will be making for us and it is so hard to narrow it down. Absolutely fabulous work!!!

you cards, framers for parents, etc. PLUS, her service, communication, skill and attention to your wants and needs are top notch. I can't recommend her services enough. She and her second shooter were like ninjas all night - never noticeable but always there are the right moment. Manali was able to handle my extended family and other guests calmly but give them enough direction so we could get all the formals we wanted - and then HAVE FUN! Not once all day or night did I worry we were getting the shots we wanted. Every time I turned around - they were there! (I highly recommend getting two photographers.) Plus, Manali and everyone on her team are very talented photographers. If you are looking for a combination of candids and formals, all with a fine art look and feel, you can't go wrong. If you are looking for someone to capture the spirit of the day, to get sweet candids of you and your friends dancing, and to make sure you look AWESOME in all your photos - this is the way to go! Plus she is super accommodating, flexible, realistic, and honest. She will call you ahead of time to get names of important people and make sure even the silly little photos you want will be shot. She will work with your other vendors to make sure nothing gets left behind. She will really give you excellent service and talent that other photographers who charge way more can't offer. 100% recommend!!

She answered our emails immediately, and was able to work with our budget to find a package that best fit our needs. The day of the wedding, I barely noticed her! It was so great to see afterwards how many amazing photos she got without me ever feeling like she was always in my face. She had this great idea to shoot us in a field of Sunflowers - I would have never thought of that. That photo has become the central image of our wedding. with, she was very responsive and always kept in touch. We planned a trip up to San Francisco a couple months before our big day and Manali shot our engagement photos in the rain! She was such a trooper and seemed inspired by the weather, saying the photos would come out beautifully, and they did! The day of our wedding, manali came to our hotel room to get photos of my bridesmaids and me getting ready before she made her way over to the wedding location. I was so appreciative of her taking that extra step to really capture our entire day. The entire day went so smoothly, it often felt like Manali wasn't even there, and then she would just pop out of nowhere to capture an important moment. She shot hundreds and hundred of beautiful photos, and made sure to photograph each item I requested previous to the day. The quality and art of her photos are just exquisite. So many of our family and friends commented on how fabulous our photos were. We are now collaborating on our wedding album, and I am so excited to see what she has been working on because I really trust her opinion and creative insight.
