She is very knowledgeable and knows the tips and tricks of making beautiful arrangements without paying top dollar. My colors were lavender and light greens. Based on that and a few Pinterest photos, Giselle & team nailed the designs for my bouquets and centerpieces. I had a 300 person wedding with a tight budget for flowers. Compared to other florists, Mancuso's was able to deliver more value for my money. I received TONS of complements on my flowers. Definitely would recommend!

My favorite part about working with Giselle was her genuine excitement and love for her brides. She really cared about doing a great job and made me even more excited to see everything come together on the wedding day! I especially loved that she texted me pictures of my bridal bouquet in the days leading up to the wedding; that way I could make changes if needed. Of course, though, it was perfect! Seeing pictures of mine and my bridesmaid's bouquets days before the wedding added such a special and personal touch! Additionally, Giselle went the extra mile on the day of by dropping everything off at the venue, setting up, then driving to where I was getting ready to personally deliver the girl's bouquets, AND she went back to the venue a second time when the bakery forgot to decorate the cake with the fresh flowers provided. It was a panic moment, but Giselle responded promptly and took care of it all so I didn't have to worry. Knowing she was involved in every step and not handing off important tasks to staff members who knew nothing about our plans was so comforting. As expected, everything was beautiful and looked like a dream come true!

They also went out of their way to help fix the cake by providing some decorative flowers on it. Giselle was amazing. it started shaky because of a misunderstanding with my initial consulation appointment that she was not there for. But since then, she definitely stepped up and helped give my wedding the look I wanted. She texted me pictures of the centerpieces and bouquets as they were putting them together and gave me the option of beautiful silver vases. She communicated throughout and was very professional. I was considering getting rid of the tall centerpieces because of the cost, but she found a way to include centerpieces for 24 tables within my budget. My wedding ceremony and reception was BEAUTIFUL! Thank you so much, I would highly recommend!

There was a specific color light we wanted in a centerpiece that they didn't have and she ordered it for us so it would be exactly what I wanted! Before coming to Mancuso's I was feeling super overwhelmed about planning my wedding and was bracing myself for yet another hard and disappointing consultation, but that wasn't what happened at all!
