If you want to be stress free from beginning to end THIS IS YOUR GIRL. I interviewed several planners before coming across Mandalynn and was instantly sold once I saw all of her raving reviews and extent of experience. Talking to her on the phone sealed the deal. She is the most genuine, kind person. She made it feel like I was planning a wedding with my best friend. She got excited over things with me and supported me the whole way. I struggle with pretty severe anxiety and I’m sure I was extra at times. But she never made me feel like I was too much. She advocated for me with difficult vendors, she stayed in my inbox for months with timely updates, she was constantly giving me options and asking for my opinions on every detail, she made sure to find the best deals for my money, encouraged me along the way, and when it came time for the big day-my GOSH was she incredible. I never once saw her crack under stress despite a large wedding and several vendors. Each time I saw her during the wedding, I felt a wave of instant calming energy. The best part of what she did was make me feel protected and cared for and that feeling allowed me to be able to just completely relax. Because the next thing you know I’m not a grown woman with responsibilities and worries, but instead a little girl who gets to skip around a beachside yard in her prettiest play dress and feel like a princess at the playground with the boy she has a crush on. And MANDALYNN created the space for that to happen. Might I add she did ALL of this while pregnant and then with a newborn. I don’t know how she did it. Don’t think twice, book her and you won’t regret it.

d treats it like her own, someone who has a mastery of design, coordination, planning, and pacing, and someone who has an excellent network of trusted professionals. Simply put, we learned all that because Mandalynn delivered at such a high level in all of those areas that we had the day of our dreams, our marriage started exactly how we wanted it to, and our guests felt loved and had a truly special night. I’ll start with probably the most important thing: Mandalynn is very fun to spend these important moments with. She is a sweet, friendly person that you will enjoy chatting with on the phone, in person, at your tours, tastings, and most importantly, on your wedding day. In the end, we consider her a friend. Mandalynn is an expert in her field. She really took every element of what we wanted, treated it like her own, and made it happen. We got married just shy of a year from our engagement, and Mandalynn paced the planning so there was never a point where things felt rushed or overwhelming. Of course, there is a lot to do at times, but in the end, we had a nice grace period before the wedding where everything was set and handled down to the smallest details. All of that paid off on the wedding day, because we got to live our moment instead of manage it, and every detail was perfect. Finally, she has a wonderful network of professionals to draw on for all your vendors. She has worked with many, many people, knows the ones who do an amazing job, and unsurprisingly, they enjoy working with her. I underrated this going in, but it made our entire planning experience and the execution on the day absolutely amazing. We had amazing food, amazing dancing, insanely good photography, a stunning venue and rentals, and fantastic florals. It’s also helpful to know that she likely knows someone or some way to fix any unexpected issues. Beyond that, I’ll say that she did all this while handing over the day-of coordination to her extremely capable colleague, Haley, because she was due with her baby on the day of our wedding. Mandalynn took care to make sure everything was handled ahead of time, brought in an amazing person to fill her role, and still popped in on the day to wish us well. I think the fact that she had the skill and network to literally replace herself on wedding weekend speaks volumes, not to mention that she did all of that while pregnant with the sweetest new baby. We could not recommend Mandalynn more.

Letting that planner go was stressful, but the moment Mandalynn was recommended to me and we had our very first phone call, I knew—without a doubt—that she would be my knight in shining armor. And she absolutely was. She stepped in around eight months out and seamlessly picked up every loose end with the calmest confidence. Our venue was essentially just a piece of land—no structure, no restrooms, no power, no built-in anything—so you can imagine the level of detail and logistics required for something like that. Restrooms, generators, catering needs, rental companies, electric, tenting, timelines… you name it, Mandalynn managed it flawlessly. I am someone who likes to be incredibly involved in every detail, and she respected that wholeheartedly. She included me in every decision, every update, every step of the way. But when the weekend finally arrived, she handled everything with such grace that I was able to be fully present in a way I never imagined possible. Truly—not a single thing went wrong. Mandalynn has a very calming way about her which is truly invaluable not only leading up to the wedding but especially on the day of! Our wedding involved transporting guests from Kiawah Island to Charleston and back to Kiawah and having someone who lives in the area and knows both markets so well was so so helpful. She had thoughtful and unique ideas for the design aspect and really worked with us to make our vision come to life. Mandalynn cares not only about the wedding day execution but also deeply cares about the couple and our experience on one of the most memorable and special days of our lives. I wouldnt change a thing about our wedding and Mandalynn made it all possible and more beautiful than we could have imagined. As the groom I was in charge of dropping off a bunch of stuff in the morning. The place was barren but she was there with her clipboard directing a million people.
