g vendors.
Our experience with Mandie was wonderful leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. Unfortunately, everything changed afterward.
Our contract stated that we would receive a sneak peek within two weeks of our wedding, followed by our full wedding films within 90 days. We received neither.
Once the 90-day mark passed, we began reaching out repeatedly. We sent countless emails and messages, left voicemails, and tried every avenue we could think of to get in contact with her. We received no response.
Our wedding was at the end of June. Near the end of the year, she finally responded, apologized, and told us that we would have our films by December 31st.
Unfortunately, that deadline came and went, and we still had nothing.
We again reached out through multiple avenues. We even sent a letter by certified mail, which was ultimately returned to us.
At that point, we had exhausted every reasonable attempt to communicate and waited approximately 10 months for the wedding films we had paid for. As a last resort, we disputed the charge with our credit card company.
The most heartbreaking part of this is that these aren't just ordinary photos or videos to us. These are the memories of our wedding day that we can never recreate. We chose a videographer because we wanted to be able to relive those moments for years to come, and it is incredibly disheartening to not have that opportunity.
I also personally know of another bride who was married only a couple of months after us who experienced a very similar situation, which makes this even more concerning.
I want to be clear that this review is not intended as a personal attack. I understand that businesses can experience difficult circumstances, delays, or unforeseen issues. What is difficult to understand is the complete lack of communication after repeated attempts to reach out, particularly when contractual deadlines had passed and we had already paid for the services.
If you are considering this vendor for your wedding, I strongly encourage you to do your research, read recent reviews, and make sure you understand exactly what protections you have if your contracted deliverables are not provided.
Our wedding day was beautiful, and we are incredibly grateful for the memories we do have. We simply wish we had the wedding film we were promised.
Brides spend so much time, money, and emotion planning their wedding. You deserve vendors who communicate with you and follow through on what you paid for
Leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day, our experience with Mandie was wonderful. However, after the wedding, she became incredibly difficult to communicate with. She did...
not deliver our sneak peek or full video within the contracted time frame, and after several attempts to reach out to her about the continued delays, began refusing any form of communication. We are now over a year past our wedding date and still have not received our video or heard from her since January. Multiple communication attempts have been unsuccessful. It is disappointing and unacceptable that she cannot give us the courtesy of a response when a contract has been violated and she holds something as precious and irreplaceable as our wedding footage. I’m sharing so that other brides don’t suffer the consequences of a similar experience!
Before our wedding and on the wedding day, Mandie was a joy to work with she was communicative, understanding, and very helpful. Unfortunately, our experience after the wedding has...
been very different. Communication has been extremely difficult, and we still have not received our video despite a 90-day contract that was signed by both parties. Our wedding took place in August 2025, so this delay has been quite significant.
This has been very frustrating, especially given the expectations of a luxury videography service. I’m sharing this so other brides are aware and can make an informed decision, as I would hate for someone else to have a similar experience. I also know I am not the only bride this has happened to it seems like multiple brides from her last 2025 season are having the same issue
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Mandie as our wedding photographer. From the moment we met, I knew I had found the perfect photographer. She is creative, passion...
ate, professional, and kind. Mandie always made us feel comfortable. She assisted us with the timing of events for the wedding day and worked extremely well with all of our other vendors. She pays incredible attention to detail and captured our special moments so perfectly. Her photos are bright, timeless and speak for themselves! The photos turned out absolutely stunning and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We can’t recommend Mandie highly enough. She exceeded all our expectations, and we’ll treasure these memories forever.
Thank you, Mandie, for being such an integral part of our wedding day!

tions and was such a pleasure to be around on the day of the wedding. Her attention to detail and ability to capture the most precious & sincere moments was remarkable. From the emotional exchange of our private vows to the lively dance floor that literally went until the wedding was over, every aspect was beautifully documented. Our photographers also commented on how easy it was to work with her - which I appreciated!! The final video not only showcased the most spectacular highlights but also conveyed the emotions of the day from start to finish. Her professionalism and creativity made our wedding memories truly unforgettable& we tear up every time we look back on our wedding day because of how amazing she did. We highly recommend her services to couples seeking a wedding videographer who seriously goes above and beyond to craft a cinematic masterpiece. 💛 THANK YOU Mandie for your dedication and hard work you put into our final films!!
Mandie is absolutely fantastic! I chose Mandie for the videography of our wedding day and I am forever happy that I did. Not only is she absolutely great at what she does (and does...
awesome drone shots!), but she made the day so fun . It was like we were just hanging with one of our friends who just happened to have a camera at the wedding.
She graciously worked with my dad when he pulled her aside to let her in on a surprise moment he had for me. And although it wasn't in my very detailed, to-the-minute schedule, she perfectly captured the entire thing in a video I will cherish (and cry to) for my whole life.
Mandie is the kindest soul and is great at communicating previous to the event. We haven't received the completed video yet, but if it's anything like her sneak peek (which I know it will be and more!), we are in for a tearjerker and the greatest short film of the best day of our lives!

Mandie was the videographer at my wedding in April 2023. It was important to me that we had a videographer at our wedding, but I had a certain style and vision in my head of what I...
wanted - which was proving hard to find. Mandie checked all of the boxes, and more. She is extremely easy to work with and helps your wedding day run so smoothly. We got our video preview back a few days after our wedding, and it was SO fun to relive our wedding day while we were on our honeymoon. Once we got our final video back, it brought us right back to the moment and how we were feeling on the wedding day, the tears, the joy, the laughter. I keep telling my husband that we need to get married again, just so we can have Mandie document our day again. I promise, you wont regret hiring Mandie!

. Mandie is incredibly talented, creative and knows exactly what shots will look good, but is also a very kind and calming presence on your big day. Mandie takes the time to get to know you before hand, communicate, and even had a sneak peek ready for us 3-4 days after our wedding! Hire Mandie and you won't be disappointed!
Mandie was absolutely outstanding. From the beginning she was communicative and responsive, and made sure to ask thoughtful questions to set up our wedding experience to be perfect...
and include everything that was important to us. On the wedding day, she arrived early and stayed late to make sure we captured everything we wanted, and was able to help us adapt to anything that went not as planned (e.g., speeches running way over time, etc). Her capturing of our first look was perfect, and the candid photos she took of our family made me cry. I absolutely loved all the photos and the video footage I've received from our day, and have gotten SO many compliments on the pictures and video. I loved working with Mandie, who was so kind and friendly, and would 10000% recommend her video/photography services to anyone.

e one piece we have to look back on from our wedding that highlighted every detail we may had forgotten about. From the very beginning, I knew Mandie would deliver something special. The video she put together not only brings tears of joy to our eyes each time we watch it, but also to others who may not even know us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

or a beer when we were in northern MI about 9 months prior to our wedding and she was so laid back we felt as if we were catching up with an old friend. We had always planned on having an intimate wedding (even pre-COVID) and not only was Mandie up for shooting our small event, she was excited about it. Leading up to our wedding, Mandie kept in close contact with us to get an idea of what we wanted which resulted in her being super organized and able to capture all the photos we were hoping for in a timely and efficient manner. My husband and I both commented on the fact that even though we barely noticed Mandie was there during the ceremony, she somehow managed to capture our exact feelings in that moment perfectly. Mandie documented our wedding day with the most beautiful, timeless, and elegant pictures we could have ever imagined. We got sneak peaks of our photos within 24 hours of our wedding and we got our entire gallery back in about a week!! Talk about prompt. And for all Mandie did for us, she was able to do it at an incredibly affordable price. I would recommend Mandie to anyone and everyone. She is professional, a true artist, and an all-around good human.

y and fun to work with from the beginning to the end. She was so on top of everything; she kept in touch with me during my wedding planning process, she helped formulate my timeline for pictures and the day, and she effortlessly made sure to capture pictures of all the details- big and small! Mandie was so great to be around on my wedding day! She put me right at ease, made us laugh, captured our natural smiles, and brought the best out in me. I was so excited to receive our pictures back and I loved going through them all! She provides exceptional quality and a fantastic quantity of pictures as well! Our pictures are the most perfect way to relive our wedding day. They are so timeless and I would absolutely recommend Mandie and her services!
What I was looking for in a wedding photographer was someone that not only took beautiful pictures, but someone that could do both - photography and videography in one. After LOTS ...
of research, I found Mandie’s website and it was like I found gold. After being brought to tears watching the highlight videos of other couples, I knew Mandie was the one I’d been looking for.
The Process: Mandie absolutely blew me away every step of the entire process. First, she takes time to get to know your story. She makes sure you are knowledgeable and prepared for your big day by sending a professional wedding guide that she created herself. This helped us understand all our options, which was so crucial in determining whether or not to have a first look. She literally thinks of EVERYTHING and is so knowledgeable. She was also so flexible in accommodating any changes we made due to the craziness of 2020.
The Day Of: Mandie is the person you want with you on your big day. From her many years of experience, she knows exactly what looks good and how to get those perfect shots. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. You can tell she truly loves what she does - being a witness to and capturing your love. She’s also the sweetest person ever.
The Proof: I knew our photos would turn out absolutely breathtaking, as Mandie had given us a sneak peak of our pics and video less than 2 days after the wedding. The pictures were exactly what I had wanted - they had that bright, airy, etherial feel that I’d so hoped for. But you guys, the highlight video, OMG!! If you are debating whether or not to do videography too, find something else to cut from your budget because this video will be the best thing from your wedding. Mandie has a true gift in capturing the most perfect moments from your wedding day and artistically composing them in a way that not only captures the day, but your entire love story (which she knows all about because she took the time to get to know you in the beginning). Our wedding video is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and we will cherish it, and our amazing pictures, forever.
We will be forever grateful to Mandie for being everything we wanted and so much more.

kind and helpful on our wedding day which made me feel so calm. She was able to make great connections with our photographers, even though I don’t think they had worked together before! Our wedding video is a beautiful memory we’ll cherish forever. Even months later, Mandie is great to work with as we consider purchasing add-ons to our video. We were so thankful to have Mandie donate her time and talents to us, and we’re so grateful to her.

When I first stumbled upon Mandie I honestly thought she was too good to be true. I am a very skeptical and picky person when it comes to picking a photographer, which I think is s...
omething that comes with the territory of also being a photographer. There are so many horror stories out there and she just seemed too perfect to be real; until I talked with her, began receiving her emails, and finally met her. She is amazing in every way and so very creative and talented! I knew that I loved the work I had seen from her, and by the time our session approached I was very confident that we were in good hands. She is so sweet, fun, and won’t make fun of you no matter how dorky you are! I highly recommend her, there isn’t a single image from our gallery I don’t like; I can’t wait to get home and download them all! I had a few photographers I was bouncing around in my head for capturing our elopement wedding in the future but Mandie is definitely in my top tier of photographers when the time comes to hire ours! I can’t recommend her enough!!

er, to pros and cons. I don't know why this was one of the hardest wedding decisions for me, but boy oh boy am I glad I found you. The second I found your website and inquired with you, I crumpled up my spread sheets and tossed them (literally).Your communication was so good and you truly care to get to know your clients so that you can capture their vision.. You were so quick to answer all of my questions, and throughout the year of planning and sending you way too many instagram messages, I truly felt like we became friends and I was so excited to have you be a part of our day. Fast forward to the day of and I was so comforted by your calmness. I absolutely loved your creativity and how you got as excited as I did when we saw cool places to video. Our sneak peak, our highlight reel, and our full video were more than I could have imagined and I am so thankful to have this beautiful masterpiece to look back on and remember all of the details of the big day. I will highly recommend you to anyone that I know.

Amanda was amazing and her work was incredible! We had to make some changes on our wedding day due to the weather so when the sun was shining before we were supposed to be dressed ...
and ready, we got dressed and ready quickly! When Amanda arrived (early) she realized our plans had changed so got set up so quickly and jumped right in and still got video of us getting ready! She so easily adapted to the changes of our day and was the kindest person to be around! She got our sneak peek video out so fast (we were still on our honeymoon!) and the highlight shortly thereafter and it is my favorite keepsake from that day. Our ceremony video was done perfectly and she even provided microphones to our officiant and soloist so the audio is perfect. She got everything on video that I wanted and so many of our guests had no idea that we even had a videographer present until we shared the sneak peek because she stayed in the background! Her work was incredible, her personality made everyone comfortable and I would highly recommend her!
