If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The cake was amazing!!! It looked like dragon scales! EPIC!!! Thank you so much! Anyone looking for a cake, for ANYTHING, hire M&M Specialties! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Mona was absolutely amazing! She took ideas we had and went above and beyond. We got pink champagne, lemon, and carrot. Delicious! I highly recommend her, you won’t be disappointed.

We loved working with Moanna! She worked to make sure that she understood exactly what we were looking for in our wedding cake. We appreciated the complimentary wedding cake tasting (a rarity these days!) and booked her right on the spot when we had met with her for our consultation. Our expectations were met both in the decoration of the wedding cake and the taste (Amaretto cake with strawberry and chocolate cake with chocolate filling). When it comes to wedding planning, I feel like there are so many things that constantly need attention. I can happily say that the once we booked with Moanna, the wedding cake was one thing that we did not have to worry about. Moanna confirmed details before the wedding, and all we had to do was show up at the wedding and the cake was waiting there for us. One nice additional detail that I would like to add: Moanna will make a complimentary top layer of your wedding cake on your one year anniversary so that you do not have to worry about trying to freeze cake for a year! Thank you Moanna! Highly recommend.

We were on the search for a cake and cupcake Baker that would blow the socks off people at an affordable price & we found it with Mona at M&M Specialties. She runs her business out of her home and it's fantastic! We went for the tasting and tried so many cakes and filings. Each one was delicious. The cake was so moist and flavorful we knew we needed them to be a part of our wedding day! We got so many compliments on how great the cupcakes were! The confetti cake and red velvet were huge hits! Highly recommended! Thanks for helping make our day great!

My wedding was Halloween themed and I had gone to the bridal shows trying to find someone that could do a topsy turvy cake. M&M Specialties is the only one that knew how to make the cake and seemed excited to help me. We went for a tasting and was able to make every layer of the cake a different flavor. The cake tasted wonderful and the price was affordable for the size and delivery. We were thrilled with how the cake turned out for our wedding and our guests complimented it all night long. I would definitely recommend them for anyone's wedding and any other future events. They were amazing!

Monna gave us everything we asked for at the most affordable price. We had a very large wedding, but still managed to stay under $1000. The cake was moist and delicious, and she even made it sparkle, just like my mother wanted. Go to them if you need a cake in the Joliet/Morris area.

My cake was beautiful. I had it decorate after my dress which was very detailed. They also put edible glitter on it to mimic the sequence and beading on my dress. It was a 4 layer round cake and each layer was a different flavor. I only had one piece but everyone raved about each layer. One of my bridesmaids actually went around and got a piece of each flavor. Lemon, chocolate, vanilla, and vanilla with strawberries and cream. The left over cake was 6 pieces. Instead of having to save the top piece of my cake the company actually makes you another one on your one year anniversary. Can't wait to actually enjoy that one. Cake served over 250 people.

Our daughter's wedding cake was made by this bakery. Monna was easy to work with and willing to make a smaller gluten-free cake for our daughter the bride. Bothe the large cake for the guesta and the smaller cakes were delicious and beautifully done. The cost was reasonable and it even includes an additional anniversary cake for the couples 1st year wedding anniversary!
