Jennifer was very professional as far as getting my trials set and coordinating a timeline the day of ( I had seven girls including myself for hair). The day of, I had a different vision than both of my trials, yet neither artist balked to this request. Instead, they made my dreams come true. Kait (our hair artist) was on time and wonderful. Beverly (makeup artist) hit some traffic on the way, but was in communication the whole time and made up the time difference to stay on schedule. ntive to my desired look. I felt very comfortable voicing my likes, as well as what I wanted to change from the hair/makeup trials, and I absolutely loved my bridal look. My makeup looked better than it's ever looked, and my hair was the perfect hairstyle for me! I have oily, acne-prone skin. Usually I can de-shine my face for a few hours but my shininess always peeks through at least midway through the day. Well, Anna was amazing; from when my makeup was applied at 9am, until when I got ready for bed at 3am, I did not once have to fix my makeup. I had my MOH and Bridesmaids looking out for me to make sure I wasn't shiny, and I had mirrors at the reception. Despite a humid, rainy day, and me sweating a ton at the reception, my entire makeup look lasted the entire day with not a single touchup. Even my lipstick retained its color, lasting through water, wine, appetizers, full-course meal, cake, and of course lots of kissing! I was extremely impressed.
Jen's work on my hair was equally as impressive. I have fine, oily, long hair - other hair artists advised I get hair extensions to give my hair a fuller look for the wedding, but Jen did a remarkable job and made my hair look thicker and fuller without me having to spend money on any extensions. She managed to make my hair retain curls that lasted from 10am-3am, and that was after going through a humid, thunderstorm-filled day and endured tons of sweat from me dancing most of the night. I highly recommend these ladies and Mane + Mascara!

It’s important for you to know that I had actually gotten my hair and make up done by costly artists that had no connection to M&M for my test run thinking the high cost would be justified by unparalleled work. That simply wasn’t the case.
I couldn’t stomach paying for yet another test run before the wedding, but also didn’t want to risk going with a brand new company on my wedding day. So I decided on a happy medium - I would do a test run with M&M for my dress rehearsal, and pray that any modifications needed could be sorted out for my wedding the following day.
Risky, I know... but, WOW, the artists were not just good, they were phenomenal. Top to bottom, this company is the way to go. Fair prices for work that is second to NONE. There wasn’t one person who didn’t love my hair and my make up for both my wedding and dress rehearsal. But, most importantly, I had never felt more beautiful. Karolina did my make up and Veronica did my hair. Both women were the kindest, most talented artists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
Each of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law, were thrilled with their hair and make up, as well. That’s 9 different women with different styles and opinions who were genuinely happy with this company’s work.
