Deb was the most wonderful caterer/wedding coordinator! Her expertise and knowledge got our wedding ceremony and reception off the ground without a hitch! And the food- oh the food...
. Everything was so delicious, and each dish was the perfect mix of surprising and familiar. She elevated homey and comforting flavors into new and addictive tastes that made our guests keep going back for more. And the cake! I wanted a pavlova for my wedding cake and she delivered a towering work of art that was by far the best pavlova I have every tasted. My only regret is that my guests ate all of it before I could have seconds! I could not recommend Deb more- she was wonderful to work with and the food will be the best you've had at a wedding by far!

listened to what we wanted. She also made suggestions if she thought something we thought of may run into some snags.
Our second meeting with Deb took place at the venue so she could see the space she was working with. I thought that was great; it gave me a lot of confidence that she knew what we could and couldnt do. In the months leading up to our wedding, she was in contact with our venue to make sure everything was taken care of. We had a large wedding (over 250 people) and a buffet wasn't really realistic for our venue so we went with a plated dinner. She really worked hard to make sure she could make it happen for the price we had in mind. Of course, this meant cutting down on wait staff, so the food took a while to get to everyone, but since then I've heard nothing but great things about how it tasted.
Mangia Bene provided the servers, bartenders, appetizers, entrees, dessert, and table settings. They were in charge of putting the tables together the day of and doing the decor on the tables and everything looked fantastic. She had a short turnaround time from the time the reception ended to the time we had to be out of the venue and from what I hear, everything went really smoothly.
We got a hell of a deal for everything we got in return.
Mangie Bene is very easy to work with and is able to work around your budget. Everyone loved the food.

en she found out we liked mushrooms, she offered up about 5 elegant mushroom recipes. Her staff was excellent and took care of every detail. We were able to trust Mangia Bene completely to keep the event running smoothly while we had our photo shoot and mingled with our guests. We love Mangia Bene!
