Tim serves on the board of the International Caterers Association, and Mangia is a member of the Leading Caterers of America, a network of top catering talent. His favorite part of the wedding is seeing all of the details come to life, making a memorable event, and a lasting impression for his clients. Tim’s proudest achievements in life are his faith in Jesus and his beautiful family of six.

was just what we hoped for in our barn wedding. Thank you for also working with us on our rehearsal dinner. The Italian feast was the perfect combo of light yet satisfying, and that chicken was so moist! We did not taste test beforehand and only went off their remarkable reviews, and we're so glad we did. We understand why everyone rants and raves about your food, we do too now!

sts enjoyed the food, it did not represent the attention to detail that I would expect from a professional catering service. Also, while I fully understand the concept of a mark-up, the food was no where near worth what we paid for it. It was basically worth it to use the beautiful location of the White House, but I would never use Mangia Catering if I had a choice. Apparently their specialty is Italian food, so I'm assuming they're better at producing that, but if a location is going to require you to use their in-house caterer, then that caterer should be able to produce whatever you request.

fferent kinds of cheese and fruit for appetizers (they forgot to put out plates but we managed) and then had several pasta stations for dinner. Everyone loved it. And there was no problems with waiting in line (I know that's a concern for a lot of people deciding on doing stations for dinner). On top of that the staff was so professional, nice and helpful. Also - I don't know if our bartender was connected to Mangia or the White House but he was awesome as well. So personable and knowledgeable and just generally awesome. Couldn't be happier with the service or quality!

. Everyone was raving how well the food tasted for wedding food. Everything was cooked onsite and super fresh. the smells were making everyone so excited to taste what they were smelling . Tim was very flexible with changing our menu around and adding things. he was very prompt and the owner of our wedding venue could not stop talking about how impressed she was with him. I highly encourage having Mangia be apart of your special day !
