Our wedding was a herculean task. We chose to get married on our rural family farm, over an hour away from civilization, dirt one-lane roads, sporadic electricity, and a bridge th...
at threatened to crumble at any minute. In addition, as a couple, our opposites-attract, introvert meets extrovert, personalities caused us to envision and want vastly different kinds of celebrations. In so many ways, the lack of local resources and our divergent priorities for the wedding, made us a considerable challenge for any planner… but not Jamie. She not only made our wedding a reality, she allowed for our wedding to become everything we had dreamed.
I truly believe that Jamie executed a wedding that would have been impossible for any other professional. And I believe that she was capable because has the most unexpected and unlikely pairing of logistical excellence and empathy. I’ve never met anyone who has an incredible talent for executive functioning, communication, and designing plans while still maintaining a deep appreciation and intuition for human emotion, imagination, and artistry. She toiled to find us the right staff, support, systems, resources and solutions because she understood that our unique vision for our wedding, would become a shared experience that could tell the narrative of who we were, not as individuals, but as a united couple.
Jamie recognized that our goals and the process of how everything came to be, was in some ways, the first steps into the start of our marriage. That the days and months talking, scheduling, debating, and imagining how to celebrate our wedding, is just as much a part of the wedding as the wedding day. And above all, Jamie appreciated that every detail was imbued with meaning, symbolism, loss, acceptance, memories, family, hope, celebration and promise.

r own ideas and vision. She truly understands every nuance of wedding planning — from guest experience to timelines and logistics — and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and enjoyable.
Finding vendors and organizing contracts was a breeze thanks to her strong network and amazing interpersonal skills. Whether we needed DJs, florists, décor, live musicians, photography, hair & makeup, dance instructors, or even discount codes for stationery— Jamie had a trusted resource for everything.
What really stood out was Jamie’s communication. She was always available, responded promptly, and her attention felt personal and private — like we were her only clients. She took the time to really get to know us as a couple. We never felt out of the loop, and every question or concern we had was addressed with care and clarity.
On the day of our wedding, Jamie was absolutely vital. She was the central point of communication for the entire event team and ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Her calm presence and commitment to making our day perfect meant the world to us.
Thanks to Jamie and Mango Muse Events, our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. If you're looking for someone who will bring your vision to life with grace, care, and expertise — look no further. Jamie is simply the best.
