Manhatta was the best venue choice for our wedding reception - we absolutely loved it. We chose to have our cocktail hour as well as dinner and dancing all in the Whitman Ballroom / Hudson Room and it turned out perfectly. The modern elegance coupled with the surrounding city views elevated the vibe of the evening completely, and perfectly matched the black tie vision we had. We had seen photos of Manhatta online prior to touring venues, then proceeded to tour more than 10 venues to get an idea of what was out there in New York City; Manhatta was one of the last stops and it came out on top immediately as it was just as the photos advertised - even better, in fact. The service by the staff on the night of and during the tasting was incredible, the food was absolutely delicious and the specific coordinators we worked wiith prior and night-of were fanstastic - special shout out to Malysa V., Natalie E., and Gioia S. Our guests were in awe and we felt the same - we are so grateful to Manhatta for hosting one of the best nights of our lives. 10/10 recommend!
Manhatta is truly the perfect space for a Manhattan wedding of any size at any time of year. The event space is super flexible/customizable, and really lends itself to any size group. The issue with a Manhattan wedding is that you don't have a view of Manhattan, but Manhatta totally solves this by being at the tip of the peninsula with views both of the statue and uptown. The food at our wedding was absolutely outstanding - our guests raved about our cocktail hour, and the raw bar in particular. Everyone said it was the best they'd had at a wedding. The bar was also excellent, and everyone loved the signature espresso martini. Above all else, the staff is absolutely incredible. Our event manager Lauren was so extremely kind and accommodating of us throughout the 1.5 years we were planning, and was very fair and reasonable as any issues arose. The staff on the day exceeded all expectations - super super professional, attentive, and fun. Our guests were awed by the level of service. Cannot recommend Manhatta enough!

When you book your wedding at Manhatta, you will be spoiled for choice when it comes to reception spaces. The Whitman Ballroom is the most significant space, with the capacity to host up to 200 guests for a seated banquet or 250 for a stand-up event. The crystal clear wrap-around windows provide a picture-perfect backdrop for the celebration. The space is fully flexible and can be decorated in your own style so you can see your vision come to life. You will have full views of many New York landmarks, including the Hudson River and the bay. The Bay Room Lounge can accommodate up to 150 guests and has a sleek, modern finish. Guests will be treated to stunning views of Lady Liberty and the Harbour. The Roebling Room is perfect for a more intimate gathering, and the restaurant can also be rented for the day.
This flexible venue is available for all manner of events, including ceremonies and elopements, as well as corporate events. It is entirely wheelchair accessible, and the staff are on hand to assist you throughout the celebrations. The catering menu features an array of different tastes and cultures, with foods from both the land and sea. The bar staff are also fully trained mixologists and will produce some mouthwatering cocktails. Celebrate in the sky with Manhatta.

- Tamar PaikowskyEvent Sales ManagerTamar began her studies at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. During her externship, Tamar found herself in a banquet kitchen, and fell in love with the catering world. After graduating cum laude with her Bachelor’s Degree, she pivoted her focus to the sales and management side of catering and events. Shortly after, Tamar received a grant from Cornell University to earn her Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management. During her time there she worked as a Chef Instructor, teaching the undergraduate student Restaurant Management class. Tamar’s experience has brought her to some of the country’s best event venues and management teams, including stints at two-Michelin starred Blue Hill at Stone Barn, Four Seasons Boston, David Bowen Events, and Eataly
