Manifest Events

n intimate wedding in Greenville, SC, but everything changed when my dad went on hospice care. I couldn’t imagine getting married without him by my side, so Carleigh helped us completely pivot—turning everything into a beautiful, intimate ceremony in my dad’s nursing home in less than three weeks. She handled every detail with such grace, compassion, and professionalism during one of the most emotional seasons of my life. We later had our larger wedding in New Orleans, and it exceeded every expectation I had. Carleigh is a true creative director—she took my loose ideas (colorful, vintage, Southern, with a strong New Orleans energy—and really fun) and turned them into a fully realized, cohesive vision where every detail felt intentional and personal. Nothing felt generic—everything felt like *us*. She even had custom linens made for us with dragons and daffodils woven into the design—so personal and truly exquisite. They were beyond incredible. She also has an incredible eye for vendors. Every single person she brought onto our team was exceptional—I truly could not have asked for a better group. What sets Carleigh apart is her emotional intelligence and calm presence. She handled everything—from a three-week turnaround wedding to a multi-city celebration—without ever missing a beat. I never once felt stressed or alone in the process. Because of Carleigh, I got to be fully present for both of my weddings—soaking in every moment with my dad and then celebrating fully with our friends and family in New Orleans. Nothing fell on me except making the fun decisions, exactly as it should be. Hiring Carleigh was the best decision we made—she gave us the gift of actually being present for every moment, and that is priceless. Huge thank you to Carleigh and Manifest Events!! ❤️

ything you need in a leader for such a big day!

took charge and handled anything that came up. We were so grateful to have Manifest Events supporting our day. We couldn't have done it without them! We would recommend them to anyone!

ut exactly how we wanted our wedding day to look and run! She is so calm and collected and very communicative with you and so sweet too! She became such a great friend to us and we hit it off with her from the very beginning. I was back and forth about hiring a planner and I am so glad that I did. The BEST team. Our wedding was a dream!!

process so fun and stress free, even for an out of state wedding. From start to finish, Carleigh's professionalism and attention to detail shone through. If you are planning a wedding in the upstate area, Manifest Events is THE option.

ee. Carleigh’s expertise, organization, and calm energy made the planning process feel fun and manageable—and on the big day, everything went off without a hitch (at least from our perspective!). Any hiccups were handled so seamlessly, we didn’t even notice them. More than anything, working with Carleigh felt like planning a wedding with a best friend. She was thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead. We can’t thank her enough for making our day so magical. Manifest Events is simply the best!

team, every detail was handled perfectly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Carleigh was organized, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our day special. We’re so grateful we had her! HIGHLY recommend!

nly organized and knowledgeable, but also incredibly warm, thoughtful, and calm—exactly what you want in a wedding planner! She guided us through every step of the planning process with such ease and reassurance, making what could’ve been a very overwhelming experience feel completely manageable (and even fun!). Her checklists and timelines kept us on track, her design expertise helped bring our vision to life beautifully, and her thoughtful suggestions were always spot on. One of the things we appreciated most was how skillfully she navigated complicated family dynamics—gracefully and professionally. On top of that, she was always easy to get in touch with, quick to respond, and so genuinely supportive. Thanks to Carleigh and the amazing team at Manifest Events, we had zero worries on our wedding day. Everything ran smoothly, looked stunning, and allowed us to be fully present for every magical moment. We are so grateful for her and cannot sing her praises loudly enough!

planner regardless and def. get Manifest Events!! When I saw Manifest Events on IG, I just loved how each wedding was unique but so beautiful with its own personal touches. I also just loved her vibe and I was right! She was a dream. Carleigh and her team were with us from the very beginning, she set-up venue tours, provided design plans, budgeting spreadsheets, helped with vendor selection, developed timelines, you name it, she handled it. She took concepts and ideas and turned them into a functional and beautiful design for our wedding. She has some serious talent and is soooo easy to work with, she’s super nice, flexible, communicative, organized, and puts you at ease the whole time. Carleigh goes above and beyond in so many instances (just one to share - she worked with the bartenders for the perfect espresso martini recipe). When it came to wedding day, Manifest Events handled everything from coordinating with multiple vendors for setting up at the venue to even helping me bustle my dress! I literally had no stress or worries because I knew Carleigh could handle it. The day was literally perfection and I really enjoyed the whole wedding planning process and that has A LOT to do with Manifest Events. When people ask what is the best thing you did for your wedding, my response was always “hiring my wedding planner”. So THANK YOU to Carleigh and Manifest Events for literally making dreams come true for the most beautiful and fun wedding ever!!!

ve asked for a better wedding planner!

t with all vendors we were able to execute the day perfectly! It turned out so beautiful!!

k my input to create the wedding plan of my dreams, and pulled off an exceptionally special day. Would absolutely recommend!!!

ted detailed design guides and vendor recommendations for us and helped us work through any bumps that presented themselves. All-in-all, our day went smoothly because of the Manifest team and all of their hard work. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, I would encourage you to reach out to the Manifest team before making your decision - I think you will be highly impressed.

eir attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. I would recommend them to any couple getting married.

r vision for wedding day. From initially booking vendors to delivering timelines to creating and tweaking design plans, Carleigh thought of every detail. She took so much of the burden of planning off of my mom and I and allowed us to have fun with the process! During the rehearsal and wedding day, Carleigh was attentive, problem-solving, and put me completely at ease. I can't recommend Carleigh and her team enough!!

made sure every vendor had all that they need to do their best and was informed on every detail. I would definitely recommend hiring and working with her for your wedding day!

wedding planning! The day of the wedding, Carleigh and the team handled the reception with grace which allowed me to enjoy the experience and focus more on my guests rather than a timeline.

ways kept a calm demeanor which is extremely helpful when you feel like there's so much on your plate. You can tell she cares so much about your wedding day and wants it to be beautiful and special. I can't recommend her enough. She really made our day stress free so that we could be present and remember the day forever. Thank you Carleigh! You are amazing!

free and answered all of my questions! Caitlin was my day of coordinator and she did the most amazing job! I did not have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. They are all professional and amazing at what they do. If you are thinking of getting a planner: do it and hire them you will be thanking yourself!!

ith her expertise on our venue and vendors to choose. Her communication was clear and her calming presence was needed throughout the process. She knows how to listen to our vision while also incorporating her own ideas. The end result was a fairy tale event that exceeded our expectations and will have guests talking for a long time. We highly recommend Carleigh Peeler and Manifest for couples looking to have a similar experience. Peace and blessings, LeTroy and Joy

tress throughout the entire process and that was entirely because I had Carleigh on my team. She walked me through the whole process, step by step, helped me choose vendors and worked with and coordinated with them throughout the whole process, and made my wedding vision come to life! She was always there to answer questions when I needed and handled any problem that came around. I had a few ideas for the seating chart and Carleigh took it and the final product was 100x better than I expected! I had zero stress day of (even my mom commented that she wasn't stressed about anything going wrong day of!) She truly went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful (her husband even drove our get away vehicle!) Thank you Carleigh and Manifest Team for a wonderful experience! We are so appreciative.

coordinate everything I had booked and was at an absolute loss for how to decorate my reception venue. Manifest was able to deliver the reception of my dreams. I had no idea that the church hall I grew up with could look like it did. It was absolutely perfect. She also did a great job coordinating all the vendors especially leading up to the wedding. I will always be thankful for her and her team taking over and allowing me to focus more on my family and out of town relatives in the days leading up to the ceremony. Additionally the time lines she provided were amazing, I floated through my day with no watch and no concept of time and we hit everything exactly when she said we would so naturally.

ime job and live 12 hours away - I would need help! I reached out to Carleigh early on in my vendor search and she was extremely reasonable with her pricing and exactly what I needed. We connected approximately 3 weeks prior to our big day and I handed over my vendor contacts and contracts and she basically took it from there! She also helped fill some holes that I hadn’t thought about and her “packing list” was perfection. If you are looking for a month-of coordinator - Carleigh is your girl! And her assistant was fabulous too! Thank you both for helping make our wedding day the best day of our lives!

inning! After almost a year of planning on our own, arranging things with all the vendors and directing the event began to feel very out of reach for us. Carleigh got us organized and focused on the remaining small tasks, gathered all the vendor information, and worked out arrival, set-up, and breakdown with each of them, and made sure everyone was paid when the night was over. We were so relieved to have someone we knew would do a good job to turn the responsibility over to, and Carleigh handled everything calmly and professionally, even when things became stressed. She even arranged for us to have a quiet moment to eat before getting swept up in the reception! We couldn't have managed the night without Manifest!

that she handled professionally and ended up saving us a lot of money in the end. Definitely recommend Manifest Events.

he decor that was needed. So thankful to have her help us out on our big day.

y. They gave great advice throughout the process and at the end of the day honored our wishes for the vision we had in mind, and made the day run so smoothly. If I could give more stars I would!! Highly recommend!!

d to help the day go as smooth as it could be. Throughout our engagement period Carleigh was extremely organized, creating checklists so I knew exactly what I needed done when, and had documents readily available for things such as wedding music. She is extremely personable, and was such a good person to have in your corner on your wedding day, making the day smooth and fun!! In addition, I was not able to be there during the set up of my wedding and it was everything my husband and I could have ever imagined thanks to her & her team!! She brought out the design I had always dreamed about from my brain and turned it into a reality. I could not recommend her more truly.

e effort that she puts in to make sure everything is absolutely perfect is incredible! She has her own list of vendors that she utilizes but has no problem contacting vendors that you found with your own research. I honestly cannot thank Manifest enough for how perfect my wedding was; from the transitions, to my multiple mini breakdowns & wardrobe malfunctions, to always ensuring that I had a drink in my hand. I’m eternally grateful for the level of service throughout the last year. With Carleigh, just ask & you will receive!

of Carleigh + the Manifest team. She helped take our vision and make it a reality by connecting us to a rock star vendor team and providing impeccable design direction. It was a pleasure to work with Carleigh over the last year and we couldn't recommend her more!

un without the help of Manifest Events and I will recommend them a million times over!!

assed away from a heart attack. Due to the mourning of the passing of my grandfather, the last thing I wanted to do during the beginning of my engagement was plan a wedding. I had a heard of Carleigh with Manifest Events and the amazing job she did with the preparation of a family member's wedding. After a few months I decided to reach out to Carleigh which was truly a blessing. Carleigh did everything she could to help make sure I was as stress free as possible given the circumstances along with me also being in grad school. Carleigh was always very organized and on top of everything with the entire planning process. You can truly tell she is passionate about wedding planning and making your wedding day everything you dream of. I cannot recommend Manifest Events enough!

th how to decorate for the wedding and she helped me find a style I loved. I was very glad to have Carleigh and her team to keep me calm and take care of everything that came up that weekend. She is very kind and has been responsive through the whole process. I definitely recommend Manifest Events!

does, from design, developing easy checklists, timelines and coordination there was not one thing she missed! If you truly want a stress free wedding, don’t hesitate to utilize Manifest! Thanks Carleigh and team!

mend her to all the brides I meet

tylistic vision come to life, and Carleigh had great communication leading up to the big day as well. I would recommend Manifest Events to any bride in need of a fantastic planner or coordinator.

d the Manifest Events team to help was the best decision we made! Now whenever anyone asks for wedding advice, we recommend booking a venue first and then finding someone to help with planning (whether day of, month of, etc.) second. We've already recommended Manifest Events to several friends who are getting married in the next 2 years!

ecommend!

nd just enjoy the day knowing that she and Wesley Ann had everything under control. Both guests and wedding party made endless comments how well organized our wedding was, and how everything went off without a hitch. She has such a beautiful personality, and I am forever thankful that I hired her. Trust me, you do not want to do your wedding without Carleigh.

alleviated the stress from my sister which is priceless for a bride. She managed to restructure the entire ceremony and reception space just hours before the wedding due to bad weather. Not only that but she made sure everything else was handled and we were left to just enjoy the day. I wish she would have been around for my wedding! You really can’t go wrong with this team :)

your wedding. They were able to adapt last minute to every change making my dream wedding happen. I truly do not know what I would have done without them.
