n intimate wedding in Greenville, SC, but everything changed when my dad went on hospice care. I couldn’t imagine getting married without him by my side, so Carleigh helped us completely pivot—turning everything into a beautiful, intimate ceremony in my dad’s nursing home in less than three weeks. She handled every detail with such grace, compassion, and professionalism during one of the most emotional seasons of my life.
We later had our larger wedding in New Orleans, and it exceeded every expectation I had. Carleigh is a true creative director—she took my loose ideas (colorful, vintage, Southern, with a strong New Orleans energy—and really fun) and turned them into a fully realized, cohesive vision where every detail felt intentional and personal. Nothing felt generic—everything felt like *us*. She even had custom linens made for us with dragons and daffodils woven into the design—so personal and truly exquisite. They were beyond incredible.
She also has an incredible eye for vendors. Every single person she brought onto our team was exceptional—I truly could not have asked for a better group.
What sets Carleigh apart is her emotional intelligence and calm presence. She handled everything—from a three-week turnaround wedding to a multi-city celebration—without ever missing a beat. I never once felt stressed or alone in the process.
Because of Carleigh, I got to be fully present for both of my weddings—soaking in every moment with my dad and then celebrating fully with our friends and family in New Orleans. Nothing fell on me except making the fun decisions, exactly as it should be.

When I saw Manifest Events on IG, I just loved how each wedding was unique but so beautiful with its own personal touches. I also just loved her vibe and I was right! She was a dream.
Carleigh and her team were with us from the very beginning, she set-up venue tours, provided design plans, budgeting spreadsheets, helped with vendor selection, developed timelines, you name it, she handled it.
She took concepts and ideas and turned them into a functional and beautiful design for our wedding. She has some serious talent and is soooo easy to work with, she’s super nice, flexible, communicative, organized, and puts you at ease the whole time. Carleigh goes above and beyond in so many instances (just one to share - she worked with the bartenders for the perfect espresso martini recipe).
When it came to wedding day, Manifest Events handled everything from coordinating with multiple vendors for setting up at the venue to even helping me bustle my dress! I literally had no stress or worries because I knew Carleigh could handle it. The day was literally perfection and I really enjoyed the whole wedding planning process and that has A LOT to do with Manifest Events. When people ask what is the best thing you did for your wedding, my response was always “hiring my wedding planner”. I had no idea that the church hall I grew up with could look like it did. It was absolutely perfect. She also did a great job coordinating all the vendors especially leading up to the wedding. I will always be thankful for her and her team taking over and allowing me to focus more on my family and out of town relatives in the days leading up to the ceremony. After almost a year of planning on our own, arranging things with all the vendors and directing the event began to feel very out of reach for us. Carleigh got us organized and focused on the remaining small tasks, gathered all the vendor information, and worked out arrival, set-up, and breakdown with each of them, and made sure everyone was paid when the night was over. We were so relieved to have someone we knew would do a good job to turn the responsibility over to, and Carleigh handled everything calmly and professionally, even when things became stressed. She even arranged for us to have a quiet moment to eat before getting swept up in the reception!
