positively in LOVE with the food (they even went in for thirds!). The Manis and Co team also made sure that my husband and I were able to get some food (appetizers from cocktail hour as well since we were doing photos) without us ever having to leave our sweetheart table, a loving touch that I think sets them above the rest. Brandon and Kristen were extremely friendly and helpful in making sure that our menu was properly prepared for our day. We believe that the service they provide is worth every penny and are so, so happy they could be a part of our special day. We cannot thank the Manis and Co team for helping make our special day possible! We would highly recommend them to people in the area looking for a caterer that will have your guests asking for fourths!

the food tables were missing them. We ordered based on a given headcount, some guests had seconds, which was unexpected on our side, and there were so many leftovers. We only wish that we had been given the opportunity to keep the leftovers before everything was thrown out.

ng the reception was ensuring that guests with food allergies would have safe and delicious meal options. Manis & Co. handled this flawlessly. Our guests with dietary restrictions were able to enjoy both the appetizers and dinner with confidence, which meant so much to our family.
The food presentation was inviting and reflected the same level of care and attention to detail that went into the menu itself. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire event, ensuring that guests felt well taken care of from start to finish.
During our final planning meeting about 30 days before the wedding, Kristen confidently told us that they had never run out of food. We joked that our guest list might put that claim to the test! As it turned out, our guests loved the food so much that many went back for seconds and even thirds. The steak and chicken were especially tender, and guests repeatedly commented on how flavorful the accompanying sauces were, including the dairy-free option. In fact, people were still talking about how wonderful the food was at our breakfast send-off the following morning.
If you are considering Manis & Co. for your wedding or special event, I cannot recommend them highly enough. For anyone hesitant about choosing a buffet-style service, don't be. Our venue did not have a kitchen, making a buffet our only option, and we initially had concerns about how it would compare to a plated meal. Manis & Co. completely changed our perspective. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.

the food came out pretty dry, specifically the chicken. I confirmed with Kristen twice that we would have water served for our guests before they're seated for the reception and the water goblets were empty. When my wedding planner questioned them, they said it wasn't apart of the package. And that I REFUSED water. Who would refuse water?! It was extremely disappointing because instead of serving our guests water, they were arguing with my wedding planner. They did eventually serve water and apologize to me, but it was too late by then. Our food was packaged up but it was no where to be found so we can only assume it was thrown away. I would say the only reason I would recommend them is the reasonable prices. However, they say they can do a lot of things for you, but it's not until the last payment when they mention those things are an extra cost. For example, I asked for gold silverware and she said absolutely. But when it came time to pay for everything, she said the gold silverware was an extra $3 per person. So basically they don't say the costs of things until you ask. They should have been transparent from the beginning.

Our small, 32 guest wedding was on 10/6/24. For our cocktail hour, we had a charcuterie board, bruschetta crostinis, and pretzel shooters. For dinner, we had the option between the roasted pork tenderloin and the shrimp skewers. Each entree had roasted Brussel sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes, and the smoked mac and cheese. I was going to choose some menu highlights, but you genuinely cannot go wrong with any of their menu items. The food was genuinely some of the best “wedding food” we have had.

e was the most helpful and friendly person I could have wanted in a caterer. She walked through every aspect of the wedding day with me and provided solutions and ideas to every question I had about buffet flow, appetizer options, sauce options for the entree. Her team also went above and beyond with the charcuterie board for cocktail hour. My husband and I were taking pictures so we didn’t have any of the charcuterie but we had friends who all went back for 3 plates because it was so good.
The minute I friend their pork loin I knew that was the option I wanted for our buffet dinner. We just did the 1 entree- duck a tender pork loin with plenty of herbal flavor. They also offered to add a sauce with the pork loin and I selected a mustard sauce that was unique and one fl the best additions to a meal I’ve ever had.
I really just can’t say enough about the food, the staff, the helpfulness. All of it. SO WONDERFUL

First off they were very easy to work with and even with a full wedding season schedule they were able to answer our many questions leading up to the tasting in a timely manner.
They have a ton of local experience. This was extremely helpful for us out-of-towners where they were intimately familiar with our venues and provided insight and recommendations for our big day. Case in point, when we held the cocktail hour with hor d’oeuvres and buffet dinner reception in two different locations, their team seamlessly set up promptly and efficiently where we had no delays whatsoever. The food was hot and delicious, especially the jalapeno bites and cajun alfredo! Krista checked up on us throughout the night and their crew even volunteered to work the bar during cocktail hour when our bartender arrived late! 10/10 would recommend!
